Azura Amphitheater

Such a great venue. It's not overly large, and they did a great job balancing the size with the number of bathrooms and stands for beverages, etc. I really enjoyed my experience here. Even getting out of the parking lot went pretty well. I'm not sure what hardware belongs to the venue or the artists, bit e audio was really good too. The general layout of the place seemed to keep the music sounding good, even loud and heavy.

Oh my goodness! So much fun seeing Freaks on Parade tour here! Great venue, Stadium seating or spread a blanket on the grassy hill behind. Lots of restrooms, food and beverage vendors and security. I recommend!

Great concert Alice cooper was one of the best I have seen. Exactly a month before that I seen him in Springfield Missouri . And Rob zombie was good too. But it started to rain so they cut it short.

Had an amazing time at this concert. All 3 performances were awesome. Sam Hunt’s interaction with the crowd was great. Brett Young was super sweet and was also very friendly. Lily Rose was amped up and gave us great energy to start. This venue was nice. I hope to attend future concerts here.

It was very well organized and run. It’s too bad it had to start so early as it was really hot in the sun for the first hour or so. Attended primarily to see Brett Young and he was great, as expected. That said, came away a huge fan of Sam Hunt. He’s phenomenal. Loved Lily Rose too. A great night.

I've visited this venue many times now through all the name changes- Sandstone, Providence Medical, Azura, for many different bands and musical festivals. It takes a while to get through the parking payment line, though I do like you can now pay with card unlike in past years. After you get through paying you'll be directed to one of the parking lots by the entrance and if you're early you'll get closer to the entry gate. Which in the long run doesn't matter because leaving the venue will take a while. After the Weezer and MM concert I waited at least 30 mins before the congestion started to clear and I could even think about moving. Even then once you get onto the road there are usually cars stacked up down the road waiting to turn at the light. Entry was pretty quick and there's QR codes along the entrance gates for you to connect to the Wi-Fi and pull up your ticket. There are tons of concession stands and bathrooms so there's never a long wait for a toilet and generally you can get through the concession line pretty quick or find a less busy stand. With the way that the theater slopes you can get a pretty good view anywhere on the lawn. This was my first time sitting in the seats and I managed to get a great view behind the VIP boxes. The employees I encounter always very nice and help me when I have any questions. Just be aware that it is an open air venue so dress accordingly and be sure to bring a blanket if you are on the lawn. I also like that you can request an interpreter if you need one, though I think the interpreter at this concert could have been lit up a little better.

Been to 20+ concerts here since "Sandstone" days, great outdoor venue for concerts, festivals, and fun runs.

I love going to concerts at Azura. The smaller outdoor venue is always comfortable. The shows are much more reasonably priced than larger locations. They could use a second booth for purchasing merch. The lines are crazy long. Maybe another sandwich choice besides hotdogs. Overall the casual environment is great tho.
Went to Fall Out Boy. The sound system was wonderful.

We saw Sam Hunt and the line up was awesome and overall it was an incredible show. We were VIP so we got in quickly. Drinks were expensive as expected and it’s hard getting out of the parking lot but all of that doesn’t matter after you see a great show. Staff was friendly and overall enjoyable experience.

Saw Gojira and Mastodon on the Mega Monsters Tour. Amazing shows, great crowd and friendly and cool staff. Overall a great time. Wasn’t a huge fan of the borderline harassment from the unrelated venders trying to hook you in to their “change the world” deal, but I understand that they gotta do what they gotta do.

An amazing outdoor venue. Sound quality is superb. Well maintained. One of the best places to see an outdoor concert in all the country. Event staff could use a little more courtesy.

This review is pretty specifically targeted regarding the amazing service I received from Carrie. I have a physical disability, and I was unsure how that was going to work with the seating arrangements at Azura. I emailed New West and Carrie got back with me almost immediately and answered all of my questions with fantastic follow up as well. I'm super impressed, as I've run into plenty of venues that can't answer questions about ADA accessibility at all. I'm really looking forward to seeing Green Day now! Thank you Carrie!

Totally awesome venue for concerts. Attended Shinedown and Jelly Roll there. Seating was excellent. Parking wasn't the greatest but that didn't really affect the overall experience here. Food and drinks weren't too pricy compared to other live music venues I've been to concerts at.

I can’t say enough about Azura!! What a fantastic venue. From the VIP concierge-like ticketing service to the spacious VIP lounge with spotless private bathrooms for pre-show partying. It’s 100% a class act for any outdoor concert event. It’s one of my favorites here in the Kansas City metro. The Weezer and Modest Mouse show last summer was an absolute blast! What a show. I would LOVE to see My Chemical Romance tour here and Mumford and Sons (for the second time, it’s been so long)!!!

Went to the Renaissance festival it was great. Had an amazing time. Lots of things to see. Lots of vendors, Food beer wine and funnel cakes. It is a little bit hard to get around in a wheelchair or stroller, but it can be done. They have discounts when you enter if you show your student ID you get $10.00 off or show ID from liberty Leavenworth and to Olathe you get $3 off or bring in 5 cans of food than it's buy one get one free. They also have weekends with different themes. Have a great time and dress for the occasion.

Have the best time! Parking was great but we got there pretty early. The venue, drinks, and bathrooms I had ZERO complaints about
