Olathe Health Pediatrics - College Point

We love Dr Foss. She is very sweet and knowledgeable and she is great with my kids. We’ve also seen Dr Musil and I really liked her as well. I will continue to recommend them to my mama friends.

I love our pediatrician, Dr. Musil. We've had a couple of less than pleasant experiences with office personnel, but I've never felt better about the doctor caring for my children.

Love our pediatrician and we are usually quick to get seen by a nurse but it takes forever to get visits done here and the checkout process is so slow.

We just had the worst experience here. I was told on Friday that my son was supposed to be scheduled for a quick follow up shot the next day at 12. When I arrived the front desk staff told us that no appointment was made. Front desk staff was extremely rude and said we needed an appointment, however neglected to tell us how long it would be before we could get in to see a doctor for a routine follow up shot. After over an hour of waiting, finally saw a doctor, who was unfriendly and took all of two seconds to look in my sons ear to confirm another shot was needed. Then another 30 min to wait for the nurses to come in to give him his shot. Was told to wait again but nurse never returned to room to check on my son. We got up and left. 2 hours later we are now out. An appointment that should have take 15-30 min took 2 hours. Unbelievable. You are better off going to children’s mercy. While we love our sons Normal doctor. I’m considering moving away from Olathe Medical after this experience.

This place is horrible. I have never been treated with such disrespect at any of Olathe health clinics as I have at college Pointe pediatrics. The nurse practitioners do not listen to what you are saying and in fact talks openly about you and your file in front of other patients and staff. When asked to speak to a supervisor I was told to leave and then given the wrong voicemail for the office manager that never called back. My kid and I went elsewhere where she had severe illness, but the people at college point didn't care in fact laughed at me and my 4 year old sick child. Please do not take your child here.
