Country Club Bank

I've been a customer at this location for years.... sadly I had to close my account. Even though I was not a large $ account holder I was always treated so nicely here and will miss banking there. Thanks to the woman in the front at the first desk who's always been super helpful when I needed it.

Greatest bank in the KC area. I've dealt with many for both personal and company accounts. CCB is reasonable, fair, and appreciative. The latter is a rare trait in banks these days.

Probably the best service I’ve received at a bank in a very long time. The staff was nice and everyone was smiling. Made it easy to get done what I needed to get done and even asked about my day while I was there!

Great Customer service and very friendly people that always greet you with a smile. Would recommend to anyone that isn’t happy with their current bank.

Experienced one of the rudest tellers I’ve ever talked to in the 8 years I have banked here. I was actually shocked by the rudeness. No hello. Nothing. Just “do you need something”
