Tuft & Needle

My wife and I were in town for the day and needed some new sheets for our king size matress. The sales team was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We walked out with some new hemp sheets. They have performed exactly as the sales team said they would. The sheets are extremely breathable and keep cool so far. They do come a little loose as we turn in our sleep, but not nearly as much as our previous sheets.

My wife and I went to tuft and needle to get some linens for our tuft and needle mattress. The sales staff were very approachable and knew their products. We appreciated that we were allowed to browse without any pressure. It was a great experience and we will continue to shop at Tuft and Needle.

The sales team at the Leawood Shop did an excellent job helping us determine the best fit for my husband and I. I appreciate their no pressure, friendly yet highly professional style. In a very short time, we chose the mattress and loaded it up to take home with us. Checked that necessity off our list pronto!

I love EVERYTHING from T&N!!! Their sheets are luxurious, the duvet covers are quality, and the pillows are very comfortable. My favorite about T&N is the wonderful employees that go out of their way to make it a positive shopping experience and I love the Leawood showroom!

My wife and I came in last week looking for a platform bed. Although we told the sales associate (I believe his name was Mark or Marv) that we were at the beginning stages of researching bed frames, he was really helpful, allowing us to look around without badgering us, and answering all the questions we had. A beautiful store with great customer service!

My husband and I bought a whole new mattress, pillows, bedding - the shebang at the end of October. We had been researching and looking for a new mattress and pillows for a number of years. We didn't want to buy online because we wanted to be able to try the mattresses first. We were a little hesitant at first because of the pandemic, but from the moment we entered the Kansas City store, we knew we were in the right place. It was evident that safety was a priority from the moment we walked in. The store is beautiful and welcoming and Sarah L. greeted us warmly right away. I love how the showroom is set up to provide "the full experience" and privacy as you shop. Sarah was so patient as we asked a lot of questions and tried each of the beds and then various combinations of pillows, etc. We decided on the Mint mattress with the mattress topper, mattress protector, down alternative duvet , linen duvet cover, percale sheets and a set of each of the pillows ( which I'm obsessed with)! Sarah guided us while giving us ample time and space to figure out what we really liked. She made solid recommendations and then followed up with us a few weeks after to see how it was going! We are loving everything.
I have pressure point issues and this has been a game-changes for my sleep. We are saving so we can purchase a mattress and topper for each of our kids and our guest room as well. Love our T&N mattress, pillows, and bedding. LOVED our buying experience with Sarah. Loved the store and the ambience. If you are in the market for a new mattress or bedding - check them out. Best shopping experience I have ever had hands down. Never at any time were my wife and I pressured. The store staff simply provided information then allowed my wife and I time to consider our purchase. We we did decide to buy a mattress there was no attempt to up-sell us, just more information. When we purchased the mattress we informed the employee that we would need to hold off delivery for a few weeks and they were more than happy to work with us. We just spent our first weekend on the king sized Mint mattress and absolutely love it. Great product backed by amazing service.

I previously purchased a Tuft & Needle bed back in 2014 before any brick & mortar type stores were available. I absolutely love my Tuft & Needle bed, but after a few moves around the world it was time for a new bed. Luckily this location was close by. Upon arrival JD greeted us and was very very kind and knowledgeable through all of our questions and going back and forth trying the 3 bed models they had available. JD even provided us with a list of places we could donate the old mattress to (if it's deemed donation worthy). Absolutely wonderful experience and will be coming back to this specific store in the future for the rest of our Tuft & Needle purchases.

We visited the Leawood location upon receiving a strong recommendation from our daughter in law regarding her experience with Tuft And Needle and her purchase of the Mint mattress. We were greeted by Suzanne and we were pleasantly surprised with her demeanor and professionalism. Suzanne listened to our questions/concerns and she asked questions of us. We have purchased traditional mattresses and box springs over the past 45 years of marriage and Suzanne is the first person who listened to our concerns. She was able to answer our questions, satisfy our concerns of purchasing a non traditional mattress and never made us feel pressured in our decision. We were merely researching Tuft And Needle because of how highly it was recommended to us and we were so pleased that we made a purchase of the Hybrid in the same visit.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new mattress and decided to look at purchasing a foam type mattress. I researched all the bed in a box brands online and was not very impressed with some of the companies online reviews and some had poor BBB reviews and ratings. I found some to have really poor customer service when I tried to call multiple times with questions and was on hold for over 1 hour at times and never able to get through except 1 time.
I eventually came across Tuft & Needle and researched them and saw that they had really good Consumer Reports ratings. I called Tuft & Needle and immediately spoke with a customer service representative who answered all my questions. The representative said they have stores in some of the larger cities where we can visit and see and try the beds before purchasing. Kansas City store was 3 hours away, so we set out to Kansas City and we were glad that we did.
We decided on the Hybrid and the Tuft & Needle Store in Kansas City made the purchase decision so easy. We have now had our bed for almost a week now and this is the most comfortable bed we have ever purchased. I highly recommend purchasing a Tuft & Needle mattress and the extra cost for the Hybrid was well worth it. Thank you to the staff at the store and the customer service representatives on the phone for making this purchase so easy.
