I just left this agency after 1 year and here are the reasons why?
At first it wasn't bad...quote shopping as most people do. But with Insurance agents on every street corner you hope to get something different at the one you choose...this certainly wasn't the case. The main agent Franklin had never spoke to me, called me to thank me for my business and never asked me if he could visit with me to discuss areas of need for any of my insurance needs...nothing. I had to deal with his support staff (which wasnt bad) in the office but the minute I asked about Franklin it was if I was asking to speak to the POTUS, layers of basically he is busy! I called a few days ago and for the first time in I dont know how how calls to his office he actually answered...WOW!
I stated to him that I had jokingly said to one of the girls in the office that I never had spoke to him or ever been thanked for my business....he never replied to me with a Thank You, I Appreciate you, I Apologize or nothing! and just kept looking up the item I was asking about. and again getting off the phone never said Thank You or anything.....
and that alone sealed the process of me leaving this agency for the same rates elsewhere with another company.
If you just wanna get a quote and pay commissions to someone who doesn't know or care who you are be my guest. My girlfriend also has a policy with him and she cant recall ever speaking to Franklin, also soon to be her former insurance agent for homeowners and auto.
