Honda of Olathe Service Department

Very friendly staff, didn't feel like I was being messed with on pricing or service needs. Provided a loaner for longer service which was very convenient and appreciated. It's the only place we will go to get our Hondas service.

Every member of the service staff is very nice and will do their best to help fix the issue you are having with your car. The waiting room is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and individually wrapped snacks like granola bars. During non-Covid times they have donuts, fruit, and other snacks. They also have free WiFi as well as computer stations to use while you wait. They also do quality work and stand behind it. The main reason I bring my car here is because I bought it here, but I would recommend any Honda owner to bring their car here for repairs.

Did everything I needed to get done to my car. Really fast, and honda quality.

Mark was so helpful today. Went in for a standard oil change and some other services needed on my car. Her went above and beyond to investigate a few of my concerns. I have always had great service here and will continue to go back.

Brought my S2000 in to have the A/C fixed, and the service department was very accommodating. My A/C works now, and they took good care of my car while it was in their possession

Out of all the car dealership service centers I've used, (variety of manufacturers) My top rated is Olathe Honda by far. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and has patience in answering all your questions. They make you feel like they're glad you're there. The service team is one of the top reasons I purchased my 2nd Honda From them. Thanks to all of you!

We have been working with Olathe Honda for years, they have always been absolutely fantastic to work with. They have always been honest, fair, and have always worked with us to make sure our vehicle is always maintained and running safely. We have also been privileged to work extensively with Jerry in their service department, he had been wonderful to us and I would highly recommend their service department no matter what make of car you own!

Always very timely with service. One time they even took my son and myself to a restaurant of my choice, and picked us both up while my car was being serviced. The driver was extremely friendly and professional. Every time my car is in service, the cost is brought up at the very beginning so no hidden surprises. Highly recommend Honda of Olathe for service and for car purchases!

I’ve been going to Honda of Olathe for years to service my car. They are clean, professional, and efficient so when it came time to buy a new car there was no question about where to go. Austin and Tony made the experience simple and a pleasure. It was quite the change from my previous car buying experiences. Most importantly the whole process was quick and didn’t waste my whole afternoon.
I highly recommend them for their service department and now their sales!

June 2022 update:

My positive experience with the Honda of Olathe Service Department continues today. I hole heartedly recommend this service department.

Eight months earlier:
I took my 2008 CR-V, recently purchased at a different dealer, into the shop. The car was experiencing very intermittent starting issues which can be extremely difficult to diagnose. The staff took the needed time and was very diligent in diagnosing the problem. Although they could have performed $3000 to $4000 in repairs based on the symptoms, they involved multiple service technicians to correctly diagnose the problem and minimize my out of pocket costs.

Due to the delays in returning my vehicle and the potential high cost of repairs, Honda of Olathe provided me with a loaner vehicle. Today, I received my CR-V back with a new starter which, although expensive, cost far less than the potential alternatives. Now, we have to wait to see if the intermittent issue rears its ugly head again in the next week or two. (These types of issues are very irritating for both the customer and the service personnel.)

My thanks to Alex for his patience in working through the process and with my multiple visits and calls over the past few days.

These guys ... and gal! ... were wonderful! Got me right in, at almost closing time, to replace a battery in my old Honda. They even brought the battery out to the entrance bay, and installed it there, while we kept the car running. (Battery wouldn't hold a charge, and if turned off would have needed a charge just to move it.) Off and fully running, new battery installed, at closing time, on a Friday! Can't get much better than that!!

In for a recall. Staff yery polite. Didn't have a long wait long. Been having all my Hondas serviced by you.

This place caught what two repair shops could not figure out. My rear brakes needed to be repaired. I was perplexed and they gladly showed me the repairs that needed to be done. This place was clean and efficient. They got me in and out last minute notice in under two hours. Keep up the good work Honda of Olathe will consider purchasing a car when the time comes. A1 service.

Best service in Kansas City. I have purchased 5 Hondas. This is the only place I trust to service.
Jerry, Dave and other service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Omg these guys rock. I had my car towed there cause it was dead. We tried to jumpstart it but it didn't work. Turns out we just didn't do it right. They checked everything, charged the battery and I paid 0.00. To top it off they delivered my car cause I'm I'll. These guys are honest and the best. This teacher would give them an A+.

Work with me on the appointment. Explained the work completed and right on the money the length of time it would. Jerry was the service person helping me.
