They have followed up with me multiple times never failing to ask how is your wife as their first question. Large company,[ but my agent with small town care. Jacob is why I went to Farmers. Jacob and his team are top notch in terms of customer satisfaction and honesty/reliability. I sent my current insurance declaration pages to five different insurance company agents. Jacob Eaton, with your company was the only one who gave me reasonable recommendations for changes to the policy to improve my coverage and also came in with the lowest quote with the most coverage. In addition, he came to my house to deliver the quote. Only one other agent offered to do that.

I had been having a hard time getting anyone insuring me and jake and his staff especially Vanessa are on top of their game. They got me way way below other companies quotes and make everything very easy and are always quick and get back to you literally immediately. My husband & I's experience with Jacob has always been a pleasurable one. He understands that while we are coming to him for a service, we do lead a busy family life & don't always have the time to sit for hours & discuss every single option available to us. Jacob Eaton Farmer's Insurance is an amazing company to work with. We transferred our policies recently with no interruptions or issues!
