Because that's Vince for you. When you're in muddy waters, wouldn't you want to hear the words "now's your time to be vulnerable and allow people to help you?" Again, another Vince thing. He isn't just an insurance agent. He takes your problems and makes them his too and doesn't stop until not only it's resolved, but his people are happy. We have been using this American Family office for our business insurance needs for the last few years. They've been great all around: super easy to work with, good rates, and always very responsive. We get solicited to switch insurance companies often, and I always tell them we're happy with who we're using and have no interest in switching at this time. Would definitely recommend!
