Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. She is compassionate, understanding and listens to your concerns. After having a bad experience with another big allergist in town, we were referred to her and are so grateful. She is truly one of the best doctors my kids have ever seen and I trust her immensely. Cannot say enough good things about her and the entire team at this office.

I have seen numerous professionals in the industry over the years as I have had a life-long battle with various allergies and immune issues. This is by far the best office I have encountered. Dr. Patel is a gem. She listens, probes, follow-up, and is so gentle and compassionate. The staff is courteous and helpful. Parking is always convenient. I have been telling people to look into this place if they need a specialist that actually cares about patients and their health needs. Just wish I had known about this place years ago.

Dr Patel is very compassionate! She listens, does not dismiss my concerns, and was able to identify my immune deficiency whereas other providers have said things like "try washing your hands more if you're always sick." It's fantastic to be heard and treated with true empathy.

I got right in on a cancellation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Sharp sat down with me and thoroughly explained my dx and treatment options. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service and Covid precautions in place. Got in, sat in a socially distanced waiting room and was seen and out safely and quickly.

I’ve done allergy shots twice in my life — this is my third round — and this is by far the most patient unfriendly and inconvenient practice:
1. There is a specific window during which you can come in for your shots — it is during working hours every day, so not work friendly. Everywhere else you’re able to come within a specific range, but it’s different on different days, so people working normal hours and people working unusual shifts can all make it work for them.
2. They make you schedule an appointment in advance of a shot that takes 3 minutes at most! Don’t come in without it — again, another instance of making it difficult for patients with busy schedules. Every other place was much more flexible.
3. They make you buy and bring in an Epi-pen even though they say you won’t have to use it if it’s in their practice — they should have patients sign an agreement that states that they have acquired one and it’s not expired, thereby releasing the practice from being responsible from an adverse reaction if they chose not to wait.
4. They recently started making patients wait for 30 minutes (!!!) in the waiting room after the shot — I’ve never seen a practice asking to wait for more than 15 minutes, and even that was not enforced. Again, have your patients sign the agreement that releases the practice from the responsibility for an adverse reaction, if the patient refused to wait, and don’t make people miserable. And why do we need an Epi-pen if I’m past the reaction timeframe?
Overall, very frustrating and unfriendly practice that seems to be only concerned with what works for them.

Way to go to the staff for making me feel 100 percent uncomfortable and not having a care in the world what may be going on in my head and what’s happened in my past.
