Little Missouri Saloon & Dining Room

Belly up to the bar with the locals and tourists. This has been a family favorite for years. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, this saloon serves the cold beer that’s a must. The steaks are always cooked to order, so if you want a medium rare steak you’ll get it.
i’ve not tried their pizza, but the table next to me has a large supreme pizza that looks amazing. I thought it might be rude to take a picture of their food, so I refrained. Instead, I kicked back with another Shiner Bock.
Food is good. Service does okay. He keeps up.

We loved lunch so much that we went back for dinner. The waitress was the same upstairs that we had both times. She was a hoot and it was great to have someone to joke around with. It was like we'd visited hundreds of times, but this was our first visit. She really made it a wonderful experience.

Ultra Cool bar ! My server is as Lesco and he is excellent- friendly, attentive and constantly working, serving, cleaning and stocking.

I had the pork shank app. First time I’ve seen this as an app. Usually a dinner. It was phenomenal. The shanks (4) are baked then deep fried and served with a sweet bbq sauce. Delicious!

Just rolled into town and had to get some local eats! Little Missouri was recommended to us by a gal in Dickenson so that's where we headed! First of all, Medora is a super cute western town with a lot of eateries, we definitely picked wisely!!

Our server and bartender was the friendliest gal, super sweet greeting and very attentive throughout our stay even though she had the place to herself! She greeted, took orders, served and cleared, all while having a beautiful genuine smile on her face! Service was fast, food came out piping hot and the atmosphere is pure old west! Lot's of eye candy everywhere you look!

We had the wontons for an appetizer, super simple and fried perfectly! For lunch I had the BLT Wrap and hubby had the Reuben. Plenty of avocado on the wrap along with nice crispy chopped bacon, just the way I like it on my sandwiches! The Reuben was loaded with thin shaved corned beef, plenty of sauerkraut and just the right amount of dressing! The McDonald's style fries were a huge hit!!

Ice cold beer, great service and delicious food, we'll be back and highly recommend!

Great option with a good variety on their menu and several tap beer options. 2nd floor patio and open during off season. The main guy running the bar and restaurant was a hustler...he had tables cleaned, drinks served and orders taken. Kudos to that young man. Pic is of sidewinder nachos.

Great experience! The place had an awesome saloon atmosphere. Cold beers and amazing service from Lesko! My husband loved the Reuben, the wontons were yummy. Definitely recommend.

Great place for a craft beer or 2! Happen to catch Nathan Dean & That Damn Band on Father's Day 2023. Great band from Phoenix AZ.

This was a great restaurant! I loved the atmosphere and our waitress was so kind and positive. The food was yummy and came really quickly. I gave four stars because the kids mac-n-cheese was just a craft box.

This is an awesome place to have lunch before heading into the National park. I recommend the HOG WINGS!

Stopped for the night on our road trip across the country from Virginia to Idaho and back. Stopped in Medora ND and found this Saloon in a small beautiful town off I-94. We had the Little Missouri Serloin Steak, Huge Baked Potato, & Texas toast. The steak was cooked to perfection. The locals was so friendly we got to meet the Mayor of Medora and the Bar tender was awesome she made us feel like locals Thanks Karley.

Our waiter was amazing! He would carry two tables worth of orders at a time, balanced on one arm without dropping anything. He was the only one working the whole restaurant yet kept his sense of humor with all of us patiently waiting for our meals. And the way he had the tap beer timed to fill several glasses also caught our attention. Plus the food was worth the wait.

Excellent dining experience. Our server Alex expertly managed multiple tables and was the hardest working person I have seen in a restaurant in a long while. As for the food it was good and take note; the potato salad is an excellent alternative to fries. The one oddity is that the burger menu treats lettuce, tomato, and onion as a $1.75 add on like bacon or avocado or something. I've seen that add on charge twice in the Dakotas so maybe that's a regional thing.

The food was very very good but there was a lot of it. Definitely more expensive to eat here but it's definitely worth it.

Cute place and nice bartender. Tried the elk and Buffalo burger. The Buffalo was better. Tasty fries!

Bartender guy was incredible, he was quick and accurate and attentive PLUS he was working a full bar / dining room by himself. Drinks and all, with no complaints or slowing down. He saw needs being met everywhere and somehow managed to pull it off. Didn’t catch his name but he deserves a raise for sure!!

Food was like regular bar eats, beer was cold and perfect. Really cute little bar/restaurant! Would definitely recommend!

What a fantastic place! Very pleased with the service and the food was delicious.
My daughter had the manicotti, and I had the Bison ribeye.

100% recommend stopping here! If you don't order the steak and cheese appetizer, you're missing out; I will be dreaming of it for many days.

The food was great. The waitress was very attentive and polite. And the atmosphere made my wife and I feel like we were back at home. We definitely plan on going back when we get back there!

The saloon is a fun place to hang out for a cold beer and a bite to eat. Knowledgeable bar tenders added to the fun as did the nice selection of craft beers. The burger was delicious.

Great atmosphere and decor. Service was good. Food was also good. Bison rib eye was tougher than I'm used to. Overall do not hesitate to dine here or go for drinks.
