Tim Thompson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Moving all of my insurance over to State Farm with Tim Thompson’s help was one of the best decisions my family has made. He has been so helpful with everything and is very knowledgeable so I know I am saving the most money possible with the best coverage. We have switched over our home, cars, business and life insurance and are saving thousands from our previous provider. Excellent agent and wonderful staff. I was involved in an auto accident in Missouri two years ago and didn't know whom to call, etc. Tim's card was in my wallet so I called him to ask what to do. I had never met him prior to this. He said, "I'll be right there", and in about 15 minutes, he showed up, notified the KCMO police and ordered a tow truck and told them to take my car to the Lexus body shop. He then drove me to the car rental place and stayed with me until they found a suitable car. Great Service!!

Great until you need to use them . then they cancel you and make you high risk to cost you more money . plus don't even notify you that your getting canceled . very unprofessional. Run and get someone else
