This is one amazing pharmacy! All of the staff, but specifically Trinity and Esther go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are filled on a timely manner. Despite having to deal with rude people every single day, they are always pleasant and have a smile on their faces. They truly care about you as a person. I use the drive-through pharmacy quite frequently for my family and they are always there working tirelessly to make sure that all of our prescriptions are ready to go when I need them. They go above and beyond their normal “work obligation“ by helping with specialty prescriptions, doctors phone calls, and getting what can be a very challenging job, done with excellence! Any negative review of this pharmacy is most likely from an unhappy person many many months if not years ago when the whole world was facing a crisis. Yet these employees continued to show up and do their part to make our lives a little bit easier. Thank you so much to the staff at this CVS in Leawood. You are greatly appreciated!

I definitely needed to update this review. This particular CVS has an entirely new Pharmacy staff and they are wonderful. Great customer service, know me by name, friendly and always willing to help. Polar opposite of the previous staff and overall fantastic change for CVS and the clientele they serve.

Wow are these poor reviews spot on. Incredibly rude staff including the tall male pharmacist. Zero interest in customer service and running a smooth drive thru operation. They must really dislike their jobs to be so disinterested in the customer and treating them with kindness. Wish these reviews mattered but doubtful they even look at them. Sad.

The pharmacists and techs here are awesome! They know our family by name, and explain everything very thoroughly. We appreciate the hard work they put in day after day, especially during the pandemic when so many other pharmacies were unable to keep regular hours and staff.

Of my life - hated it honestly the eye rolls - the sighs. I totally get how the medical field during and through COVID can’t be easy - I absolutely get it. I made a call today (very hesitant based on horrible conversation and rudeness in the past) and this new guy John answers. Not only was he amazing once but twice on two questions I had on two separate phone calls. But tonight I came to pick up our families scripts and as if he had just gotten there to start the day he was just as kind, compassionate and empathetic as if it was his first day. He is the person I would love to leave the force of how to be kind not just in customer service but as humans. CVS you are blessed and beyond lucky to have this man,

I've been coming to this CVS for years because it's close to my home and work. I see a lot of negative comments and it's ridiculous. Everyone working there is doing their best and they are constantly being worn out by demanding customers with unreasonable requests. Customers need to chill out and not be so hard on these people. Yeah some days people aren't as warm and fuzzy when I'm there to pick up my prescription but who cares? Thank you guys for having my meds ready sooner than expected, I'll be back!

By far the best pharmacy experience you can have. You never know what might go down in some cornfield that you need help, but this crew always has you. Only complaint is short girl with tattoos looks like she doesn’t know where the ice machine is tho

When I came to this establishment, I was warmly greeted by Trinity and her team(Esther and Jon). I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient I was taking care of, how nice and kind everyone was being to all the customers before me. If I could give more stars I would! Amazing personnel! Amazing place! What an amazing experience!

They've always done a great job filling my prescriptions on time, and several of them even greet me by name and know what I'm in to get filled without having to tell them.

Female pharmist is fast, polite, and professional. Got my med in a few min, no problem at all. Will come to this location from now on.

You're always welcomed warmly in the pharmacy, and ever since Jon took over it's so great! And everyone works so hard.
