Walmart Supercenter

It was my son's birthday and I desperately needed a cake. I contacted the bakery and someone picked up to my surprise. Noone had answered at any other Walmart location.

Torie, the bakery manager, kindly took my order and promised the cake would be ready the next day. The next day came and I received a text stating the order had been canceled. Ugh! When I contacted the store Jordan, another bakery manager, answered and stated the baker had "called in" that day. I explained to him that Torie had taken the order and stated she'd create it herself if need be. He kindly took the order again and offered a discount on the cake for all the trouble.

I arrived later that day to pick up the cake and it was perfect!!! Torie did a STELLAR job and the item was discounted as promised. I wish I'd been able to meet her to thank her in person. My son was very happy at his "kickback" later on that evening and Torie helped save the day and make the event that much more special and memorable. Thank you so much!

Would like to say we had Fantastic Service also a very big THANK YOU to Noah ,Mose and with everyone involved in helping us with a large order for the Elks Organization for our Christmas Assistance Program... The deli department done a AWESOME JOB on all our lunch order. What a GREAT TEAM..!!!

I live in Kansas and we drive further to go to this Walmart. I’ve never had one issue here. Great employees. I was helped above and beyond by Brandy in the housewares department. She is great!!

I had lost faith and desire to go to Walmart. This one in KCMO was so much better than ones by my home in StL. Friendly and very helpful staff. The staff actually spoke to us and we're willing to help! The didn't run the other direction or ignore us. Clean store. We ended up checking out in the self service checkout due to line being so long at the 1 cashier that was working. Gentlemen at self checkout were both amazing and helped us with a gift card issue. Just a really great store and really great workers!

I and my sister-in-law went here for a walk-in flu shot. When we approach the pharmacist and told him we do not have appointment just walk-in. No more question, he get our information and let us fill up a paperwork. The flu shot went well and fast. Then, we buy some groceries. When looking for white vinegar there's none in the shelves so I asked the guy there stocking the merchandise and check on his scanner if there is some at the back, and yes there's some more. So he, went in and bring me what I needed. Extra customer service. Good job.

Jeremy team leader was great. I was looking for Cornish Hens and couldn’t find any out. As he was walking by I stopped him and asked him if Walmart had any. He looked and looked until he found where they had been relocated. He didn’t stop until he got me my 2 packages of Cornish Hens. He saved my Thanksgiving.

The last several visits the staff has been so great and the store is organized and clean. Thank you all for your great store. The Manager is doing a great job.

I can honestly I have found how to make WalMart a pleasant experience. Just don't go inside. Order online, wait for message and go and pick it up. No dealing with lazy cashier's on their phone, playing with their nails or acting like you're a bother. Those that bring out food and stuff to your car don't want to be out in the heat so they get the job done expeditiously and are surprisingly polite

Manager Mose and this wonderful pickup delivery guy are true heros at this location. When the app fails the associates are here to save the day. Thank you again guys!!

I want to give a shout out & 5 stars to Vickie at the Pharmacy at the Walmart on 133rd & State Line. Not only was Vickie friendly, efficient & kind, but she went out of her way to make my shopping experience a great one.

I'd also like to add that everyone that I have dealt with at the Pharmacy have been fabulous. Kudos to you all for being so kind, helpful, efficient & always providing great customer service.

I use the online ordering and it went well, with I. 10 minutes of arriving I was leaving, they brought my groceries right out loaded in my truck and I was done.

My favorite Walmart! Easy to make a friend here! Can get very busy after 4pm during the week, but all day on the weekends, so give yourself some extra time if you are on a schedule!

I am grateful for this Walmart for supporting our Harvesters food pantry. I pickup food weekly that is distributed to those in need.

They are moving everything all over the store. Can't find anything.

Walmart is the number one store for me and my family. Walmart has everything that anyone could ever need. The prices are also in a class by themselves. Walmart has whatever a person need on any budget. Walmart plays a very special part of me and my family.
