My package had a long and complicated journey from the source. The shipper took 10 days to get it to FedEx. Then, weather and Christmas delayed it some more. Finally, it arrived in Olathe, my home town, but my concern was the email message that said, "Your package may have been lost."

I called the Olathe FedEx Smartpost and spoke to Alex. Our telephone connection was bad, and he couldn't hear me. He called me right back. After getting the tracking number, he said he would call me back. He reassured me that the package was there, it just needed to be sorted out from other packages. Alex found the package. He held it until I got there and properly identified myself.

Alex is a real asset to the FedEx company. He was polite and professional. He didn't just blow off my concerns with, "We'll deliver this as soon as we can." Thank you so much Alex. You are certainly a caring employee.

No problem here. Came one day earlier than the original tracking date. I felt my package moved along efficiently for the 3 days it took from Evansville, IL to my Olathe home.

Actually this is also Bushnell outdoor products in same bldg . Take 1st drive to back of bldg to unload .
