Hortencia helped us out at the register and managed to help us figure out our exempt stuff for the church and was super helpful in the process. She has a great smile and great customer service!

We were able to find all the things we needed for our Gaga Ball Pit construction and the boards were straight. Can't ask for much else.

Best home improvement, store for contractors, and all the land! All stores are pretty much set up the same so you can be in and out. The service for their pros is outstanding, they go above and beyond for us every time. Highly recommend for contractors and homeowners.

Home Depot should be more considerate of people who don't get around well. They set the store up so you come in one door, get what you need, then walk to the other end of the store to check out. Then have to walk to the other end of the store to go back to your car. I realize they have pickup, but some of the elderly don't know how to use computers to set that up.
Thank goodness for Kevin. He was working at the return desk and was very kind. He took pity on my 87 year old friend, and checked her out there.
I could have checked her out at the other end of the store, but would have had to leave here there alone. She likes to take care of her own business, like most of us.
Kevin was thoughtful and kind. We need more young men like him.

Off topic- Deserted on Christmas- Not a soul in sight.
Anyways, most the time has what me and my Grandma needs, we like building small things, she's a fan of decor for cats.... No issues with home Depot 9.8/10

I tried to do the survey on the receipt and it didn’t work 😫My husband and I were painting a small apartment and needed to get some paint matched. We dealt with Ed (a few times now!) and he was happy to help us WITH EVERYTHING! He made it easy and less stressful on us. He knew what he was doing and knew what he was talking about! Needless to say the apartment turned out marvelous! Couldn’t have done it without ya Ed!

My go to. Ordered 3 windows at 7 am today and they were ready for pick up and load by 830!! Shirley my loader was great

We just grabbed some flowers and some grass seed. It was the fastest in and out ever.

This store really stepped up their game on customer service. I've been in before and searched for help with simple questions. Today super helpful had a guy at the exit asking if I needed help loading. While we were loading the guy who was gathering carts came helped on his own. Wish I could have got their names. A+++ Today

Decided to come back after having a terrible experience a year ago. My trip to the Home Depot was phenomenal today! There were employees everywhere I looked and they were all willing to help. Lisa in self checkout was extremely friendly and the young man with her was super helpful in trying to lookup an item for me! Will definitely come back now!

Always great service here. Stocked well and has a really good selection of lumber, even though it's gotten ridiculously expensive.

My husband & went there to get an idea of how much it will cost to get some home improvements done.
Everyone was friendly & willing to help.

They people here are great, some dude talked to me about lightbulbs for 30 minutes so kind. Got home, wrong bulb but shoot I knew so much more when I went back. Wats and lumens. You know. Light bulb.

Went looking for black friday sales and they still had what we wanted.

Vince in Tools was very helpful. Home Depot had a special that required purchasing Rigid battery set and receiving a tool for free. Store had no battery packs on the shelf, but listed 6 in it's inventory. After 20 minutes of searching, Vince was able to locate the battery set so we could get the tool of our choice. Thank you!

Vin was wonderful to work with in buying and setting up installation time for new dishwasher. As it is our 5th machine in 13 years in our home, I told him I would see him in about 3 years...except fridge or stove will go next. Wish Americans would build stuff that lasts like our ancestors once did.

Very nice people specially JC Chapin and Becky who goes out of his way to help customers no matter how small or big the job is. His attitude is amazing, courteous and helpful to thank you to all your employees

They had all the parts I needed when I visited. I used the self check out kiosk and had no wait in line. Easy and convenient. Would recommend. Will be back. Probably 3 more times to finish the job. 😆 🤣 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always come here for my needs because they always have everything I need. The customer service is spectacular and the workers are the kindest and most helpful. Definitely the best hardware store out there and shout out to the best encounter with a worker, Aline Sanchez, every time she is at work she always has a smile on her face. It’s always just a pleasure walking through Home Depot and seeing all the friendly helpful workers. Never had a bad experience and hopefully never will.

My favorite Home Depot of all in the Kansas City area for many reasons but John always stands out above all. He's helped me with complicated paint issues that needed to be escalated directly to the Behr rep and most recently a rental although that went without a hitch. He jumps department to department confidently and has the customer's best interest in mind. Thanks, John!
