The honesty and integrity was very impressive to me. The work has been performed accurately, and when a minor mistake was made (loose battery cable) the staff apologized and immediately rectified the problem. They also helped me work with warranty on fixing the serious problem left by other mechanic shops by providing pictures and explaining the issue in detail. Grateful for their honesty, kindness, and superb example of true customer service!

Absolutely highly recommend Christian Brothers! I took my car to them for an issue with my Kia engine, and had an extended warranty through a third party company.
It was an ordeal getting the third party warranty to cover my repairs, but Scott at Christian Bros handled the entire thing! He kept me in the loop and communicated with me the whole time. Scott and everyone we met at Christian Brothers was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how Scott set realistic expectations with me regarding the third party warranty, timeframe, etc. I don't know anything about cars, and he answered all of my questions without ever sounding patronizing or treating me like I was dumb. I just picked my car up and Scott took the time to talk to me about how it may run a little different now, how to take good care of it, etc. I appreciate Christian Brothers so much! I have never been to an automotive repair place this friendly, helpful, or trustworthy.

Brian, the owner and his team went above and beyond to assist me with my car. They shuttled me to a strip mall while they worked on my car. They thoroughly did as much as they could do and then they didn’t charge me because they could not do the alignment fully, They did an assessment and told me exactly what I needed to do before my car could properly aligned. This team provided exemplary customer service. They also fed me pizza and ice cream. Who does that? What business does that? I recommend them highly I will be using their services any time that I need work done on my vehicle. Excellent!!!

My car went in for a repair related to a warranty part and the shop made that repair very smooth and hassle free. That shop always calls a few days after my repairs to check in to make sure everything is running right, making me feel valued as a customer. With this last repair there was one very minor fix still left after the repair, but Christian Brothers took my car in and were very honest, owning up to this missed repair and fixed it free of charge. They treat their customers well and are honest with their work.

Christian Brothers made my car repair easy. From scheduling online to their friendly service and honest pricing, the entire process was very smooth. While I hope to not have another car repair for a long time, I definitely know who I will be calling.

My pastor recommended Christian Brothers Automotive after bringing my car to 4 different mechanics including the Kia dealership who was unwilling to diagnose beyond checking for a code (which did not show up, along with no check engine light). After weeks of no solution, hopping from one mechanic to another, and signs that my car was performing worse, I was pretty discouraged. However, from the very first phone conversation with Christian Brothers I was met with exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor and an inquisitive interaction that made me feel as though this place actually cared about helping to find a solution to my problem. I walked in and witnessed a guest finishing up her transaction and I could tell that she was so pleased with their services. From that point on, I was convinced that I was at the right place. Both reps at the desk were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere while I explained my car issues. The diagnostic that I received via text was so incredibly detailed and was organized by priority of repair. Not once did I feel like I was being sold something that I didn’t need. Most importantly, they found the issue! My car was finished days earlier than expected (parts had to be ordered but they arrived quickly) and so that was a pleasant surprise. Once repairs were completed and I turned the corner to drive away, I felt like I had a brand new car. I went from feeling like I was driving through sludge to flying (safely) down the street, light as a feather! And my gas mileage is back to normal. My relief and joy was palpable! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Matter of fact, a friend of mine will be dropping her car off there in the coming days. I’ve been here for a few oil changes now and it’s definitely my new favorite place to get service. I’ll be checking with them first on any future work, big and small.

Every trip to the dealership results in them finding some surprise maintenance issue that needs fixed for $500 but they can’t back it up when you press them. Not once has CBA tried to push me on any other purchases, and it’s great knowing that even when they do find something, they let you know and then send you on your way to make the choice outside of sales pressure later.

The lobby has always been clean and the front office staff go well out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have what you need, even if you’re just hanging out for a short time for regular maintenance. I spotted some toys for the kids in there last time.

And lastly, probably the biggest surprise to me - the price actually went DOWN last time. While everyone (including CBA for previous oil changes) was raising prices rapidly as costs increased, these guys actually went back down as soon as they good. I guarantee you the other places lowered their costs but didn’t lower the price with it.

These guys are an ethical option for those who do not know the field of mechanical repair. I know this as I am myself a life long mechanic who has aged to a point I prefer not to perform many of the repairs I used to do for myself. I know they are ethical as I have watched with a close eye and they do the right thing. This is almost a lost behavior today. They also observed the appointment time as set and started the work almost immediately which is not common anymore. Folks, if you are at the mercy of a lack of automotive repair expertise, this is the place to go for fair and honest work. That's my $.02!

They offer fair pricing (and significantly lower than dealers), fast quality work/parts, friendly and knowledgeable staff plus fresh chocolate chip cookies. And Brian is an attentive, effective and accessible owner.

Just moved to KS and I only go to Christian Brothers now so I was pleasantly surprised to see them here too! [Bad experience another company installed my brakes backwards and Chridtian Brothers saved the day and fixed it for me free of charge]

I got a standard oil change. It was done in a timely manner. They noticed the battery in my key fob was out so they replaced it for me! It made my day and I left there smiling. I appreciated it so much. I'll be back and will recommend them to everyone!

I have been using CBA for a couple of years now. I appreciate everyone's honesty and genuine kindness. Auto shops can be daunting but not CBA. I feel like my questions /concerns are addressed in a timely manner. In addition, I don't mind waiting on my car when I get my oil changed. Their waiting area is nice and comfy. I would recommend using them.
