I love HotHeads salon! Their stylists are always expanding their knowledge and talent through up and coming trainings and techniques. Megan Evans is the best hands down stylist I’ve ever been to. She has a true talent for color, color correction, and her expertise is like that of a senior colorist from New York or LA. I highly recommend this salon. Best in KC in my opinion.

I used to go to Rachel at HotHeads to get my hair colored, cut and styled. But, I stopped coloring my hair and started getting my hair cut at walk-in salons with mixed results. I decided to go back to Rachel. I am glad I did. I didn't realize how much I missed the nice surroundings, the friendly faces, and the great cut and style.

Megan has colored my hair now a couple times and each time it's perfect; beautiful color and exactly what I asked for.

I had an amazing experience with Megan at Hot heads. She was very professional and took her time doing my hair according to what I wanted. She made recommendations according to my concerns, I loved the end result! Definitely will be back, thank you Megan for an awesome experience!!

i came here as a new client a few months ago for a trim, and was very pleased with the outcome. i has Anne as my stylist, she was very sweet and gave me helpful tips about how to keep my hair healthy and recommended products to help prevent heat damage as i use heat on my hair almost everyday. coming in for a trim i never want a lot off, she cut my hair making it basically the same length but so much healthier. along with great service, the inside was very clean and nice. i would 100% recommend coming here!!

I love everything about this joint. My stylist, Wendy, is amazing. I like to change my style up every 5 minutes, and am crazy indecisive, often just knowing I want a “change.” She is a creative wizard with her shears, and is honest (yet tactful) when I get an idea that just won’t work with my face shape or hair texture. Between myself and other family members, we have used several of the stylists, and all of them have been superior. Pricing is reasonable, quality and cleanliness is outstanding, staff is on point. Won’t ever go elsewhere.

This salon is so fun and welcoming! Cassie is the only person who can cut my hair just perfect and she always does a great job with color as well! I would recommend her to anyone!

Many great hairstylists with friendly attitudes work here and it has a nice atmosphere. It's clean and they have coffee available. Need an appointment...it's not really a walk-in kinda salon. I also have my stylist wax my upper lip and brows too. Hair products for sale, but they're pricey.

An acquaintance recently referred me to Veneita at this outstanding salon. She completed a color correction, partial highlight, cut and style.
This was the MOST professional and precise service I have ever had. She listens and delivers your wants and needs while having exceptional rapport.
I have never had so much satisfaction AND fun in a salon. There was such a warm welcoming and a TON of laughs. I felt right at home.

Lovely little salon! It's hidden in a strip mall with the likes of Jumpin' Catfish and a medical supply store, but don't let that fool you. Everyone who works there is kind, friendly, and talented. I would recommend Cassie to anyone who needs a haircut.

Cassie Dunbar is my stylist. Not only is she a great stylist she has a welcoming and fun personality. She takes her time doing haircuts to get the best results.
