We’ve been with American Family for over 20 years and with Cole the last several. His team handles our home, auto and umbrella policies. I typically interact most with Becky and she handles all of my questions and updates promptly and with ease. Good people who look after their customers.

Been with America Family for many years. Cole and his staff have been great as I purchased and sold a few items over the years. Questions or concerns that I've had were answered prompty by Cole or his staff. If looking for insurance I would strongly suggest Cole's team.

I had questions about the type and amount of insurance I needed. When I called to ask abouit this, I was given multiple options to choose from, as well as recomendations from the person who took my call. Most impressive were the recomendations were not the most expensive options. She also let me know that some of the items I wanted to cover were already covered under existing policies and that I did not need to purchase additional policies. I would recommend this agency to anyone who needed honest, reliable information.

Unfortunately a terrible experience after a long, great relationship. I had a substantial loss and could not reach anyone on the emergency number. VERY unorganized! I called Cole's office first thing Monday morning and explained my situation to an associate there. I then was transferred to 3 different adjusters having to repeat my story repeatedly to wind up with an insurance adjuster from Hell. It's been an ongoing fight and self defense. The Paola office is closed due to COVID precautions 🙄 (I assume none of the employees go to Walmart, Price Chopper or Family Center since they cannot work)nd although someone will answer the phone, they are all "working " from home. I tried several times to reach my agent but was told he had young children to care for. My second attempt (at 3:50PM, different day) he couldn't talk because he was feeding his cows. Is this how "work from home" looks like?
