I went into the store today, it was my first time going to this store. I was helped by Blake Jansen. He was AMAZING! He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He really listened fully to all I needed to say. Which I really appreciated! He helped me with everything I needed. He was patient and super kind! I'm very pleased with my experience! I'm glad I chose this store. Definitely go here for all your Verizon needs.

Best and most helpful verizon store I've been to. Other stores has messed up my info and created difficulties. Highly recommend coming here. Staff went above and beyond to help and gave me solutions to my phone issues. Will always come back here when I phone issue or need a new phone.

Bianca Was great! They helped multiple customers while I was in the store and Made sure everyone got what they needed within a reasonable amount of time.

Blake and Aquerra were the best. I came in with very little time to get a new phone after my other was not working after water damage. Once I was able to repair my other phone, they helped me get everything transferred to my new one. They were super nice, fast, and efficient. It is hard to find great customer service these days, and they definitely exceeded!

Coming here for the first time was GREAT! Everything was very professional, quick, and easy. Oh and most of all, AFFORDABLE!

Blake is very knowledgeable on all the products that he sells and gives excellent costumer service. He got me set up with a great new Samsung after I lost my iPhone and even showed me some really cool features on my new phone. 10/10

Brought a IPhone on Amazon and it didn’t work. I came here and Z (Aziz) got me together and got me a replacement phone. He treated me like we knew each other for years. His personality was very happy and joyful. Then the Store Manager came and greeted his self and He super wonderful. I will be back to get all my needs and accessories from this store. They took their time and didn’t try to sell me things or try to rush me out the store. Thanks Again, You Guys Rock!

The lady working today was phenomenal. Great energy, humorous, personable! Very happy with the guidance and support as someone who isn’t great at evaluating and comparing phones and who gets confused by things of that nature in general. We really felt we could take our time deciding. I lost my previous phone so it was quite stressful and she put me at ease. My mom was with me and had a low battery herself - the representative was happy to charge it behind the counter for us. Definitely prefer this neighborhood store to the more corporate Verizon retailers.

Olivia and Chris were exceptional. They had so many people in the store but kept their composure and got through everyone in a fun, engaging, and efficient manner! Highly recommend if you have phone issues/questions to stop by.

There was only person working there. He was opening a new account and there was another gentleman ahead of me. When there was a spare moment, he determined what we each needed. He took care of the man ahead of me, then helped me with a new phone charger. Very considerate, professional and customer focused throughout. Thank you.

I had an incident while on vacation and my phone shot craps. I visited this store and Aziz jumped right in to assist me in my situation. He was amazing and quickly determined that my phone has seen it's last. Aziz determined a suitable replacement and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes with my new phone fully functional. in my 16 years as a Verizon customer this was the best experience I ever had. Aziz is awesome and would recommend him to anyone needing a new
solution.

I had a great experience with Nicole. She took her time with me. I’m not tech savvy at all so I didn’t know what I looking to get and she made me feel very good about the decision that I made. She is a blessing and I would go back to her any day

Z helped us a ton and set me up with a perfect new S22, was very professional and helpful with ordering and making everything happen. He went above and beyond to set me up with a good case and liquid glass.. Thank you sooo much again! I'll Recommend you guys to everyone

Andrew was very helpful, knowledgeable, and so patient with me! I was struggling logging in with my Apple ID when getting a new phone— Andrew made me feel at ease when I had to reset it which took some time. Said “I am here to help you!” Great customer service!

My phone broke and was no longer working. Andrew worked that day and was extremely helpful. Got a new phone, transferred data and was out the door. They were busy that day and Andrew impressed multitasking and making everyone comfortable and satisfied. Highly recommend this store thanks to his service.

Chris is THE BEST! Knowledgeable, kind, friendly, professional, & super helpful. He helped me so much with my new phone. (I'm really too dumb to own a smartphone :). Please give him a raise because he is the hardest working guy in St. Louis. He is a valuable asset to your company! Keep him around!
