Matt, Deniese, and Robert were all working when I bought my phone at the Cricket store on Cherokee. They were so nice I wanted to express my appreciation for their gracious attention in helping to solve my myriad issues.

Was in the store at opening yesterday morning. Tony did an amazing job! Not only was I impressed with his knowledge and friendliness, he took care of other customers while waiting for our phones to finish setting up. Everyone was happy with the service he provided. Tony is an asset to the company!

Came into the store to get a couple new phones and Leona went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She was unbelievably helpful! She was the only employee in the store and she made sure she took care of EVERYBODY that came in while getting my new phones all set up. Super impressed with how great of an experience this was!

Tony provided amazing customer service when I needed to upgrade my phone. He even stayed with me and one other customer after the store closed to make sure that our phones were set up correctly.

A great store with friendly personable employees. My man earnest has helped me out the last couple years and does an excellent job of explaining step by step everything there doing and all the costs. After running from store to store trying to find an iphone 12 mini upgrade, I finally found a cricket wireless with them in stock. When I went in, this nice sales representative was handling a difficult customer. once it was my turn, we hit it off quite well and she was extremely nice to me despite being exhausted from the prior customer. Kris was an absolute pleasure to talk to and helped me with exactly what i needed in a timely and efficient fashion. I loved her! someone needs to give her a raise for all the bs she handles with such finesse.

Kris did a really awesome job getting my buddy a new phone plan. Made the process super easy.

Came in on 6-11 and Pati helped me out a lot.

My experience at this Cricket has been wonderful. I came in only to pay a bill but I also needed a new phone, so they got me with best phone for me for the best deal. They were extremely professional and store was neat/clean. Will be coming back here everytime, you should too!!

I am so appreciative of the service that I received from Monny at Cricket. He and his co-worker helped me greatly and added peace to my day. I was having a terrible day. First of all, I was soaked from the rain. Secondly, because my phone was broken, I was missing appointments, I couldn't text, call, open the phone, etc. I also had trouble remembering the passwords. It only added to the series of a long period craziness, therefore I am grateful for the patience they demonstrated with me. I don't how he made the process so simple but I am happy. Thank you !

This store is AMAZING! I've been coming here for over 5+ years, usually I come in with technical questions but today I decided to get a new phone annnnd, they hooked me up. Cheap phone w/ a case and screen protector too. I am overall completely satisfied with my new phone. WOULD RECOMMEND!

Went in to get my son a new phone, while he is undergoing chemo in St Louis. The employees were beyond helpful and caring. If I lived in St Louis this would be my go to Cricket store

Monny at the Cricket store by Chippewa and Kingshighway was an excellent sells representative. I think this guy deserve a Raise. He has a Great Personality and Great sales skills. I will recommend this guy to friends and Family members for business purposes.
