Best buckle experience! I didn't plan on or pack for a weekend away and I called this buckle 10 min before arriving and asked the sweet gal who answered the phone if she could pick out a few outfits (told her my sizes and the occasion) and told her I would only have about 5 min to run in, choose the outfit and sizes by 'eyeing it' and pay and then have to hurry out. She chose a Cardigan, undershirt, jeans, socks, and shoes and had them all laid out for me when I got there. I hate that I can't rememeber her name, I think it was Laurie (I feel terrible for not remembering) but I am so grateful and 100% happy with my experience and help there. Totally recommend shopping here!

I cannot fully express in words the wonderful experience I had at this store right before Christmas 2021. The customer service I received was beyond excellent. I was looking to buy jeans and I wasn’t ready to purchase what I saw in the store. I also had my son with me and he wasn’t cooperating. Courtney was helping me that day and I told her I would come back the next day (by myself) and she gave me her schedule so we could look online for more options. I ended up ordering a great pair of jeans online with her help. I came back in the store a few days later because my tracking info was not updating. Courtney checked on it for me (remembering me by name 🥰) and discovered the reason for the delay. A couple days later she called me and let me know my order was in! I arrived at the store to pick it up and Courtney even gift wrapped it for me! I am a hiring manager where I work and I continue to talk about my experience with Courtney because she is an example of above and beyond customer service. I also appreciate the fantastic service I received from Randy and his coworker this last time I was in to make a purchase 1/27/2022. He gave me new options and great opinions. I will continue to shop here! I love the welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service that I’ve experienced! Awesome people!!!

This buckle is the ONLY place I genuinely enjoy shopping, both because of the inventory they keep and because of the fantastic help that works there. The style of clothes and accessories is a very modern country and everything is SOOO cute! The staff is always so attentive and helpful. I wanted a new pair of bell bottoms and the manager Casey did a FANTASTIC job pulling several styles for me to try, not to mention I had no idea what size I was and she was able to tell just by looking at me! 10 out of 10 all day every day!

Always my favorite shopping experience. Alex, Lucy, and Angie are knowledgeable about what they sell, and are warm and welcoming. I've never had staff that really made me feel special until I met these wonderful people. They make it a point to know everyone on a personal level, making it like a reunion each time one goes there (and the clothes are pretty great, too!!). Always expect to be greeted with a genuine smile and pleasurable service.

I absolutely enjoy the service and staff in the Topeka location. Always know their products, had to order my size, it came in 2!!!!days. Highly recommend

I've never had such a good experience buying jeans b4! I was in other stores that day for hours and hours. I thought I lost my favorite pair of jeans.. Found them later on. I was only here for 25 minutes (because I was trying them on). Now my new favorite pair of jeans! I will be back. Btw my BF had brought me here because his favorite pair of jeans is also from there. The only place to by jeans as far as I'm concerned. 😍
