Rhymma in the women’s lingerie department is extremely knowledgeable! I learned so much from her about getting the perfect fit! She was so helpful. I will never go to annyone else for bras! 😊

The ladies at the men's cologne counter were awesome. I couldn't remember the name of a cologne I had tried, so they narrowed it down and made me a sample to take home. They ended it getting it right. They took excellent care of me, and I couldn't have been happier with my other purchases. I wish every shopping experience could be that delightful. A shout out to the Topeka Dillard’s employee in the children’s department, a young woman whose name I didn’t catch (small print on store/name tag) but she reminded me a bit of Katy Perry. Very professional, polite, she approached me to see if I was finding what I needed/wanted, asked if I wanted any assistance. I took her up on her offer to help. Glad I did. She knew her department well, where everything was, showing me clothes based on what I told her I wanted. She made my shopping fast and easy. I’d picked out one pair of shoes and she got those for me but also showed me another pair from a current popular brand and I chose those instead, I liked them better, and they were less expensive. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Got everything I wanted. A one stop shop, which I consider a huge plus. Thank you for all your help!

I needed a nice, classy dress coat...and one of great quality...so we went to Dilliards...we were looking and an employee came up to us and wanted to help....where as in other stores you look for someone to help and it seems when there's any kind of eye contact they turn and almost run away...we did find the perfect coat at Dillard's, thanks to her help...I will go back again and again...

In March 2022, I had a double mastectomy and have done follow up reconstruction surgeries, so I was unsure of what bra size I would be anymore. I had a bra fitting with Chloe at the Dillards store in Topeka, Ks, Westridge Mall. She was able to help me find some really comfortable bras that will work great! I was really surprised she was able to find some bras that helped get more of a look I was hoping, where I might not end up doing an additional surgery knowing I can wear a certain bra and get the same look. Chloe was very professional, personal, and took her time getting to know me and help me find the perfect bras to reduce some of my self consciousness after surgeries. She is going to be my official go to whenever I need help finding a bra. Thanks Chloe!!!

I went shopping with a friend who needed to buy a newly tailored suit. Gentlemen, you need to get with Andrew at Dillard's he will get you looking right. Ladies, you want to have your man looking as he should, Andrew is the man you need to see. Andrew is very professional and he knows what he is talking about. My friend was very pleased with the outcome. Andrew is the men's suit and accessories genius.

Elijah was very helpful and showed me a bunch of great colognes and really matched my enthusiasm on all of them. One of the best customer service encounters I have ever experienced. Thank you!

My mom and I always find something special to wear at Dillard's. I had to purchase a nice outfit for an event in Washington, DC several years ago and the lady who helped us was awesome and we found the perfect thing. I have worn it many times. Also, my mom had to get a dress for a funeral several weeks ago and we spotted the most perfect dress.

I'm surprised Dillard's is still an anchor store at Westridge Mall. The quality and lines they carry seem to be the same. It was a great shopping experience for 2 over 65 year old women wanting to window shop.

I had an appointment with Chloe today for a professional bra fitting. It was my first time. I learned so much and it was all very interesting! Chloe is very knowledgeable and helped me find some great fitting bras. Turns out I have been buying the wrong size. No wonder it has always been hard to find one I like that’s comfortable. I encourage every woman to do this.

We buy our colognes and perfumes here because the staff truly knows the products they are selling and always super friendly and helpful. The always hook us up with a few samples with our purchase!

We went in to look around, a Beautiful selection of clothes and shoes and purses and Jewerly. Plan on going again to look for certain items for our bathroom and kitchen items also. Workers are very friendly and helpful and they tell us what are the Specials which we love to hear.

Wonderful floor help and customer service. Not all pricing matches quality. Disappointed in REBA Line greatly. Colors faded before washing & fabric appears well-worn after very little wear. Reba top $89. and can't be worn a 3rd time without looking like rag.
