I did an Amazon return there. First time after going to UPS for years. Customer service was excellent!!! I will drive farther from now on for my Amazon returns.

Super nice staff. Clean & organized store. Nice items sold here & quite a variety of things to choose from. Fair prices with great rewards programs that can't be beat! I would recommend this store.

There are 3 of your employees at our Topeka, Kansas store (0234) Neal, Gloria and Beatriz, that I would like to give recognition to. They are welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. You can tell they love what they do and it reflects on their faces. Please let them know that this customer really appreciates them and their kindness.

I came to Kohl’s to try to find something to buy with my five dollars and 30% off. I wish you wouldn’t have taken a lot of stuff off you can use on that makes it hard sometimes to find something to buy. I found something this time.

Very nice store to shop at! A little bit pricey here and there, I absolutely love how they put a Sephora and remodeled the store. Customer service is very good and bathrooms and fitting rooms are very clean! One of the best stores in Topeka!:)
