I am very glad I went for a hearing check and not only did I have a severe wax buildup in one ear which had not been detected but a hearing test showed how much better I could hear with a properly fitted hearing aid (not just a simple volume
amplification device which did not help me understand many words)! They really know what they are doing and the entire staff is a real pleasure to work with. Darcie is really amazing and she thoroughly explains every step of the way in such a cheerful, positive manner. When I tried on my new hearing aids the difference in sounds was almost unbelievable. I am so thrilled! I had no idea that there would be such a difference. There will be another adjustment or so to make them work even better as I adjust to them. My first true hearing aid and I am so very glad I found Hartland Hearing.

Very nice visit. Excellent hearing aids available. Prices were out of my ability. Could not afford the system. However, the information provided was excellent. Hearing test was very professional.

Darci, hearing specialist, is the best that I've encountered, surpassing any others in the military that I've dealt with in the past. She explains everything from start to finish, the causes of hearing loss to how to improve one's hearing.

Darci is very personable with each patient ensuring that each patient gets quality care. Followup appointments are as friendly and helpful as the first.
