Walmart Supercenter

The other day I was a bit upset about my order not being delivered and I spoke my thoughts on it but something the Lord has shown me is that the only way a person can do better is when you speak positively and not negative. I understand this job can be hard to do but when you applied for the job you signed up to serve other people so when you get down understand that we appreciate everything you all do. Don't let yourself get so overworked that you become overwhelmed just understand your hard work does pay off and consider others over yourselves. "Those who are a blessing to others are abundantly blessed." "Those who help others are helped." Be humble, be kind, be respectful and understand that what you do put a smile on someone else's face so it's never for nothing.

Came to this Walmart to return an item, and was blown away by how great the service was. Simon, with red hair, was incredibly friendly, made fun small talk, genuinely cared how we were doing, and asked if he could help us with anything once the return was done. He went above and beyond to create an elite Walmart experience. Get this man a raise.

Clean store, has everything you can need, the salon is awesome too! But what really stood out to me is Miss Ann the door greeter. She is exceptional at her job. She is on top of saying good morning or afternoon or welcome to Walmart and being very very friendly. She does a great job at checking the receipts and making sure no one is stealing and if there ever is a problem she is amazing at handling it professionally. This store in a whole is amazing.

Michelle (in the Apparel department) was absolutely exceptional ! She went above and beyond to make sure that I could find a beautiful last minute outfit to make my daughter’s birthday extra special since her original outfit didn’t work out as planned. Michelle’s attitude was wonderful and she was very patient with me during the whole process!

My review was based on my experience. Your experience will vary depending on time of day, what you are looking for and what you expect to find.

For example......you go on Walmart's website looking for let's saaaay a specific box of crayons. So you find this box of crAyons on Walmart's website and it says they have it in store...... Dont expect the Walmart to have it in store and if this store does have it and you can't find it, don't expect to easily find someone to help you find it.

If that's something you could understand and if you are one of those proficient people who don't need to be spoonfed on finding things, you'll be fine here. I came here looking for some car care products. I found everything I was looking for so I grabbed it and walked out happy. You may want a certain brand of cookies and they wont have it. So you won't buy it and you're leaving unhappy. This is a Walmart...they do what they can to keep shelves stocked while giving you the best prices around so just keep that in mind.

*Update*
Although we all wish they would go back to 24/7 operations, I could kinda understand why they wouldn't. Either way, this Walmart is still good I'm my eyes!

Love how big and nice this walmart is, compared with Junction City's its an amazing store I also didn't get treated like a thief after self checkout like the other one does no matter what you have when walking out. I prefer this walmart when I need anything, not groceries.

I had a very pleasant experience at Walmart curbside pickup especially services provided by Nevah. She was very genuine, helpful and gave excellent customer service. She always has a smile on her face and looks like she enjoys what she does. Mom and I look forward to our grocery pick up each week to see our “friend.” Nevah is unmatched!! Thank you for your service 😊

Great Walmart to stop in and grab something quickly from their areas inside the doorways. Service here is always great and honestly really thankful for them working through Holidays like they do.

The newest renovation looks incredible, almost couldn’t believe it was the same Walmart I use to go to when I lived in town!

A hub for every necessity.
Prices are reasonable.
They do have clearance sales going on almost everyday.

I had a screw in my tire so I went to the tire and lube to see about getting a patch. Every single person I came in contact with was so nice. I did some shopping while I waited and the whole store was very clean and well organized. The older lady in cosmetics was very nice, the cashiers, the receipt checkers, everyone was helpful and so friendly. It took no time at all for my car to be finished and they were very prompt on calling to let me know, and so pleasant on the phone. Not the closest store to me but it’ll be my default store from now on. Worth the extra 15 minute drive.

All what you need or even think of are available, great values, and varieties. The Online purchase is amazing experience, it is not only that; if item is out of stock substitution is suggested and if not satisfying, a refund is available, but the case management is unique and professional.

I miss this Walmart it was one of the cleanest walmarts ive been to they have a bigger variety of food at this Walmart than the ones in Texas and California they also have the cutest Halloween cakes

Got oil changed and other things checked. In and out fairly quickly. Awesome auto team, in my opinion.

The folks at the Auto center were very helpful for me this morning. I came in for a simple tire swap and ended up having a broken rim. They were patient and kind while I scrambled to find a suitable replacement in town, and even held my vehicle until I could go and pick up the new wheels. The service team was kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help me this morning.

Found what I needed. Stunningly clean and shiny. Friendly staff. No no

Has about everything you can imagine, easy to navigate.

The gentleman at the automotive department was awesome. I am having health issues and he offered to carry the mower battery I purchased to my car. I managed by myself but the offer was appreciated...especially considering how I was treated at Menards right before.
