Incredibly nice customer service if you have any interest in a game digital or physical the staff will help you know how to get started. Definitely my go to GameStop when I can go out.

the worker was awsome, alittle late unlocking the doors for a business that opens at noon, but he didnt mind that my kids spilt a display of slime, so yea lol

I believe the name was Deana and then there was another girl there by the name of I think Samand being parents of for 2 days before Christmas we were a bit scatterbrained and disorganized and they help us organize our order and just like promise when one of the pre-owned games that my son wanted came in we were called right away and it was held for us and his birthday was terrific because of it. If you ask me those two attentive and caring employee should definitely get a raise or something like thatbut I hope that least get to see here that they are appreciated for their patience and help.

Wish more businesses had customer service like this GameStop. Employee went above and beyond when I came in the first time to find something, and ordered and item for me. Received a call that item was in (a day earlier than expected even) and different staff was extremely helpful when I went in to pick it up. They even went out of their way to see if any GameStops had what I was looking for at my Christmas destination since they were out of stock on another item I needed. Can't remember the last time any store was that helpful. Thanks!

I don't remember his name but this guy had red short hair and he was really nice and he showed me a trailer to the new Lego game and we talked about it and it was really nice good job

I was there at 5:25 PM. I don't know who was the woman working there, she was wearing a black jack with golden zippers. She's cool. Someone give her a hug from me. Tell her it's from blonde girl with a new overwatch wallet and black jacket.

Young woman behind counter was well informed, helpful, and had an awesome smile. Helped me locate a controller for my Wii U at another store since she happened to be out of stock.

To those who say gamestop is scammers ect..... be quiet. This gamestop isnt about profit. The employees there, especially the store manager, are 100 percent into conversating with customers, getting to know them, and helping them with everything. They know me on a first name basis now and I enjoy having thoughtful conversations with them. I appreciate gamestop and what they do for the fans!. Keep it up store at Bluemont Ave in Manhattan KANSAS. You the bestest!. Ashley, never change your amazing manager style and how you treat your customers!

Had what i wanted and offer some advice and products to keep my nintendo switch protected. Like going here because the employees actually have good tastes in games and know what they are talking. Better than dealing with a locked cage in other big chain department stores. A lot of extra goodies for sale and used game at a lower cost than new. They also have good selections of gsmes that can be hard to find in other stores as well. They offer system warranties/protection. Store is a bit cluttered but has games for all consoles such as the 2ds, wii components, headsets, toys, and accesories. Best place to shop for any current gen and last gen consoles. I bought a new nintendo switch and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Never a long line.

Called first to ask if product was available. Arrived, store clean and well stocked. Salesperson very knowledge, made purchase.

It's a fairly easy place to reach and the staff is friendly, a bonus is that Gamestop has Android/Apple Pay enabled on their card readers. This makes transactions speedy and easy.
