Bluestem Bistro

We're new to Manhattan but have found our way here several times now. The food and coffee are really good, though the baristas aren't always the friendliest. They make a damn good latte though, so I let it slide. Last time I was in I got a honey-vanilla-cinnamon latte, and it was awesome. I like being able to get a combination of flavors without it being too sweet. They nailed it.

Been here a few times with a great atmosphere inside or outside. Whether it is studying inside with great coffee or other drinks option or bring a dog and hanging out on patio furniture. Service and the taste of food has always been wonderful. I just figured out I am slightly lactose intolerant and they were extremely helpful with needed substitutions and questions. They also have few options for vegetarians or vegan food and they also have paleo food options. Most recently I had a gyro and smoothie. There patio is dog friendly as long as there food behaved and stay off the nice patio furniture.

This place is an absolute gem. The food is phenomenal. The staff are an absolute delight. The ambience is just great. The staff at the register guided me through their menu and didn't judge me when I mispronounced "focaccia"(which is no longer on the menu, but that's okay). I ordered the cranberry turkey on wheat with a side of house chips, and the fan favorite Mango Berry Freeze smoothie. There was not a single thing I disliked. Beautiful presentation and colorful combination of tastes. The smoothie was refreshing and perfect for hot summer days. The self-serve ice water station is a great touch. Everything about this place is wonderful, amazing, beautiful. From the youthful, but laid back ambience, to the music (which felt like they reached into my Spotify playlist and pushed "shuffle") that played throughout the joint. Again, I cannot express how kind the staff is, the two FOH staff that I interacted with during my visit are accommodating, courteous and friendly!
I wish I had their names, but I visited yesterday [9/9/21] around 11:00am. I hope to visit this spot again soon and try more of their delicious menu!

Stopped in for brunch after moving my son in to K-State. Breakfast was delicious, and reasonably priced. Service was great, food was brought out quickly. Atmosphere was outstanding with live Sunday morning Jazz. Definitely recommend!

Went with my wife for a very late lunch. My wife had a Greek Paleo salad and I had the lamb gyro with side of salad. Both were delicious! Nice place and friendly staff.

I always love the vibes here! I low-key hate how the daily specials aren't regular menu items cause they're always SO GOOD

Our family loves Bluestem! It’s the best brunch spot in town and our toddlers love the smoothies. Great food and great service. I’ve been a customer since coming to K-State in 2010. I can say confidently that it is one of the few places in town that has been around that long and has maintained the same quality. Thanks Bluestem owners and staff :)

Great little hangout spot. They have outdoor area for those perfect weather days as well as quaint, welcoming indoor area. They even have a meeting room for up to 15 people for those group get togethers or study times. Definitely keeping this place on my list of go tos.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Bluestem, and this visit has brought it back to the top of my list. Love the vibe, great music selection, and there are a number of sugar free syrup flavors to choose from.

This place has great coffee and less expensive than Starbucks. The Quality is fantastic and their staff is very kind. Add it very fast WiFi, and it’s the person place to study, work, and hang out with friends and family

Classic college coffee shop in Aggieville. I always enjoy their earth and sky coffee blend but this time tried an iced matcha with vanilla and it was refreshing and tasty. My friend and I sat in the patio in the shade.

there are so many wonderful coffee shops in Manhattan, but I find myself returning to Bluestem time and again. Delicious Sunday breakfast, amazing coffee, and a great ambiance. My dogs love hanging on the deck while I order!

I also recommend purchasing their drink tumbler. It comes with $1 coffee refills!

Go to place for great coffee, food, service, and music. Can't go wrong with the outside seating and friendly staff

This is the place for coffee in Manhattan. The real deal. My 1/2 flavor mocha was spot on and the triple chocolate scone was delicious. I just grabbed to go today but they have a nice space to sit and chat or get some work done. The service was fast and friendly. Located downtown near the campus. Nice area!

Super big place with plenty of places to sit and study. You order at the counter, so there isn't a rush to get moving. Typical breakfast and coffee options. The burritos were delicious!
