Call Hall Dairy Bar

I went to KSU for two years a long time ago and hadn't been back until recently. Ice cream has always been great. They also have alot of KS made/sourced products - milk, cheese, beef, pork, honey, etc. Great little stop for some ice cream on a sunny day.

Amazing ice cream tucked away on ksu campus. Great selection of sweets, butcher meats, cheeses and wonderful eggs. Highly recommend giving them a shot you won't regret it!!

They have a sitting area indoors as well as outdoors.
I tried a double scoop waffle icecream containing one scoop of vanilla crunch and another of purple pride. It was yum.

I would suggest having ice cream with a single scoop if you aren't much fond of ice creams to avoid wastage, since the ice cream cone is way too big to have with double scoops.

The best ice cream. Pretty much every time we visit Manhattan KS we go. Been doing it for decades.

The employees are friendly, have always caught them in a good mood, and very helpful. Love the ice cream, all the different types and cuts of meat available, the breakfast and lunch items are great, and it is always a clean place to sit and relax while people watching.

Great stop in Manhattan. Crew working 12/8 was amazing. I think they appreciated meeting the recipient of the piggy cup. Thanks for a great visit.

Call hall has the best ice cream in town. They are famous for the purple pride ice cream. I think it blueberry. They also sometimes have lunch specials such as Frito pie. They have sandwiches they make fresh as well. I've heard they have breakfast but I've never gotten it. Most people love the chocolate milk. They also sell Alma cheese. My cat has boots with the fur.

Great University made ice cream! I was also surprised to see that the university programs also produce their own cuts of meat, sausages, bacon, and cheese products that are available for purchase

This place has the same feel as a street stall in Rio or Mombasa while still being Kansas State University's special place where they share their successful history in agricultural endeavors including dairy production. Just go and you'll see what I mean. And be sure to try their blueberry flavored ice cream, Purple Power!

I haven't picked a favorite yet, but I'm working my way through the flavors and haven't found a bad one yet. The Irish Cream is definitely one of the contenders.

Great locally made ice cream. Take cups instead of cones. I took 2 scoops on a hot day and was messy as it melted faster than you could eat.

We enjoyed waffle cones and K-State Ice Cream for desert on our Anniversary visit to K-State. We had Caramel, chocolate, and Irish Cream

Call Hall Dairy Bar at KSU is on par with Ferdinand’s at Washington State University. The two best ice cream bars.

Very much enjoyed the ice cream! The consistency and overall taste was worth the trip to Manhattan campus. Bonus points for selling their own diary products as well as ice cream you can buy right from the shop!

Some of the best ice cream I've ever tried in my life! And surprisingly there is a wide variety of beef products that include beef sticks, sausages, and special cuts of meat. Since the school hosts students that learn about agriculture, they are constantly trying high quality recipes in order to obtain a high credential of academia. What a great learning environment!

The peach ice cream is incredible. Please make more of it but without red 40 and the other coloring used.
