I have been using on-site automotive for years and have always had a great experience! Bill has always been very honest and upfront and his prices are excellent. I have brought three different vehicles here and he has always been able to take care of them quickly. Once I even brought my wife’s mini van to him to replace the AC and he called me a couple hours later informing me it had only needed a supply line replaced. That alone keeps me coming back as he was able to save me money by only fixing what was actually needed instead of what I had mistakenly requested.

Bill is the best mechanic in town. You won't find any other who can beat his price, his knowledge, and mainly his honesty. It's been a couple of years that I bring my car to Bill and I don't regret a single day. Highly recommended!

I recently bought my 16 year old their first car and let him look and fix things over to ensure safety and road ready for her. He did wonderfully and had it ready before her birthday.

We use Bill's shop for the business vans in our fleet. We were using another 5 star shop but Bill was able to get vehicles in quicker and his rates are better. We have had him work on engines, brakes & electrical work and never had a problem.

I showed up with my truck and he quickly singled out my different front suspension issues and a few things that Firestone had missed. He showed me exactly what and why each thing was broken or not working correctly and in the end was much lower then the price I had been quoted to fix less stuff at Firestone. He worked non stop extending over his regular day and had my vehicle fixed and ready to go. Excellent service!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Bill Sales Mechanic Shop for some repairs on my vehicle, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the services provided by this so-called "professional" establishment.

To begin with, the mechanic in charge of my vehicle's repair had no regard for attention to detail. He claimed to have replaced certain parts, but upon further inspection, I discovered that he hadn't actually installed them at all. It was clear that he either lacked the knowledge or simply didn't care enough to properly carry out the job he was entrusted with.

But that was not the end of my ordeal. As if the missing parts weren't enough, the mechanic also forgot to secure several bolts, which is a basic step that even an amateur mechanic would know to do. This oversight resulted in my vehicle rattling and shaking uncontrollably as I drove away from the shop.
To make matters worse, after just five miles of driving, my transmission completely ceased to function.
I would advise potential customers to find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic who takes pride in their work and ensures that their customers' vehicles are safe and properly repaired.

My experience with this mechanic shop was beyond disappointing. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and it was returned to me with several new problems that weren't there before! It's as if they intentionally messed things up to get more business out of me. Not only did they overcharge me for the oil change, but they also failed to communicate any potential issues they noticed during the service. The new problems they created resulted in additional costly repairs elsewhere. This shop lacks integrity, and I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs! They will do more harm than good to your vehicle

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my transmission repaired by this mechanic, and it was an absolute nightmare. The repair was sloppily done and the issues I had with my transmission only got worse. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, and I ended up being ripped off. I would strongly advice against trusting them with any transmission work. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT COME HERE.These people are money hungry crooks. I paid for services, and never did the work. mechanic left everything unplugged under dash board replacement of heater coil in the car, then the lady comes in and tries to charge me another $305 to get my car back. This people are real crooks
