I came here this afternoon 1/12 to get a dress shirt and pants for an upcoming funeral. I am not sure the names of the workers, a younger guy and a lady, but the customer service was outstanding. They both helped me pick out what I needed and I was even able to get my pants altered before I left. Definitely recommend this store and I will be shopping here again in the future.

We had a slight hiccup when picking up items ordered from the previous week. When management heard about our issue they handled it quickly. We were well taken care of. Thank you Jos A Banks for your help and understanding.

The people were I helpful and amazing!! We needed a very specific grey suit for NEXT DAY and it was just a tad too big and did everything they could to help make it fit. Everyone was so nice and helpful especially since we had been everywhere else and no one could help

Much more helpful than the other suit place. Hadn’t worn a suit in 10 years and I am colorblind so having to suddenly get a suit for a business trip was not something I was looking forward to. The ladies got me squared away and suit looks great!

Wonderful selection for what we were looking for - and the employees are alway so helpful and patient with us, plus they strive to find customers great deals! Grateful to have a store like this available for dressed up events for my husband!

I'm going to be a minister in a friend's wedding and we went here to look for clothes. The staff was very friendly and they were very thorough in every detail of the clothing. They made sure everything fit and didn't miss a thing. They weren't pushy or trying to get us out before we were ready. The clothes are nice and they even explained the sale to us. Also they were all wearing masks. A great experience.

I walked in there store wearing a stained tee-shirt and swim trunks. I was returning shirts that were given to me as a gift. I got the full deluxe treatment. Everyone was friendly and professional. They never judged me or looked down on me.
The nice thing about this retailer, is they keep a copy of all their receipts. They found the receipt and it was determined that each shirt was valued at less than $10. I made the decision to donate them to the local men’s shelter. They would have been more than happy to accept the return.
I have never had a better shopping experience at a men’s speciality store. I shook the associates hand and vowed to return.

This store is FANTASTIC! The old reviews are deceiving. Justine took over as store manager around the time I was shopping around for Wedding suits for groomsmen and myself. She was the first person to greet me when we came in the store and was a complete joy to work with throughout the whole process! She knows the in and outs about fashion, she is extremely committed to her job and she truly cares about her customers. She called me numerous times to make sure my groomsmen were going to come in and get measured and to pick up their suits and she even stayed late a couple occasions to accommodate their schedules. She designed a custom suit for me and it turned out amazing! Julia, Zach, and Angel were also awesome throughout the whole process! They always took the time to make sure our wedding day attire was going to be perfect, and it turned out to be! Thank you, Jos. A. Bank!

I had an amazing experience here shopping for a custom suit for my wedding! Go see Justine - she's a fashion wizard. She was so helpful, friendly, and meticulous about making sure I got the perfect suit. The other staff were helpful and polite as well. Very affordable overall and well worth the price for a custom job.

Honestly and truthfully, these folks here at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers are worth a million dollars! Ladies and Gentlemen, you could not ask for better service than right here at Jos. A. Bank! I am serious. No questions asked. The moment I walked in the door to look at buying a new suit, I knew right away I had came to the right place. The staff here truly treats you with "utmost" respect, courtesy, and kindness, and that is no lie. They will gladly accommodate you in any way that they can to make sure you are comfortable with the suit you are buying and that it fits well. I wanted a nice suit that fit great, and felt wonderful. The staff here knew exactly what I was looking for. Before too long, they had me fitted, and with a smile told me that my suit would be finished in a few weeks - just in time for my special event. Perfect timing - the suit was actually finished way ahead of my event, and I was able to get my suit, try it on, and have it in time for my event a few days later. I will be returning back here again! These people know what they are doing, and they do their job well.

I went all over town trying on suits. This was the only place that didn't judge me for working with a budget. Some items are really pricy but not everything will break the bank. I got an awesome suit for an interview that I'm sure will last. Justine helped me and she did an absolutely flawless job! She's the new store manager so that old star rating is completely irrelevant. I will be recommending this store and Justine to everyone who needs business wear! Thank you!!!

The new manager, Justine, is such a blessing! We’ve tried so many places to get suits for our upcoming wedding and nobody had anything of good quality. This girl knows what she’s doing! She threw out color combinations for our wedding that we never even considered and she worked some magic!! She put my fiancé in a suit that can work with many different situations! I’m so excited that she came here from KC and I’m so happy that we’ve had the pleasure of working with her today!! We will be back, for sure!! This was by far a lot less stressful than buying my wedding dress! Thanks Justine!!

A couple of weekends ago, I drove from Dallas to Wichita for a wedding and like an idiot forgot my suit (was in a rush to get out of the city). I didn't realize this until 4 hours in and had just passed OKC. I got into Wichita around 6:30pm and the wedding was at 2pm the following day, so I started my frantic search for a decent looking suit. I visited Banana Republic, Express and J. Crew and none had anything in my size that was ready to wear.

Normally, I don't shop at Jos. A Bank -- they have a reputation of being "old," but I was in a pinch and needed a suit. So I walked a few doors down from J. Crew to Jos. A Bank and was greeted by a sales associate or manager Justine (?). I explained my situation and she was extremely helpful in finding me something suitable. We found a sleek navy blue suit.

To my surprise, the suit was extremely stylish, fashionable, fitted and is something I would normally wear on a nice night out. The blazer fit perfectly, but the pants needed to be hemmed and taken in a little bit along the thigh/calf. She put in a rush order and the tailor was able to make the alterations by noon the next day. I literally put on the suit in the fitting room and went straight to the wedding. At the wedding, I got plenty of compliments on my suit, and some were even surprised to know that it was from Jos. A Bank.

I would highly recommend visiting this store; the staff was phenomenal in helping me out in a pinch.

I will not be skipping Jos. A Bank when suit shopping in the future!

I went in to have a tux fitting done and Justine, the new manager, did a PHENOMENAL job!! She was very nice, extremely quick and thorough, and got to know me as a person, not just ‘another customer’. Answered all my questions and really put effort in - very, very well done!

I’ve purchased serval custom tailored suits and shirts at Bradley fair J A banks. The quality the suits and suit is amazing. The staff took tome to understand my needs and desires. For men’s clothing this store is perfect I will be going back

As concise as I can be without getting into all the details: I was in need of a miracle for my wedding apparel and I wasn’t expecting to succeed. However, during the busy holiday season, Tony at Bradley Fair Jos. A Bank took the time to locate what apparently may be the last of this specific suit in the country despite the suit being discontinued.
I purchase suits semi-regularly for work, and have used this store many times, as well as some others around Wichita. Nowdays this is my one and only stop. If you drop in with a similar emergency as I had, I can’t guarantee you’ll have the same success, but I can guarantee you’ll be treated right by a knowledgeable staff that has always given me the impression of going the extra mile.

They will make you feel good and look great. But don't be late to order your choices. Also they have a tailor on staff to get that perfect fit.

Justine is what makes this place great. Always feel like a million bucks, and am treated that way. Justine will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you're happy!
