The staff at this particular bath and body are always super helpful! If you ask them for something that has a specific scent note, they know exactly where to find it! Not to mention it's bath and body and it's just a good store in general. Also, make sure you hit up the store during the semiannual sale. I got 5 things for only $25!

I love that they always have a deal. I love how there is always someone to help and I love the coupons and discounts. They have a new app that allows you to scan your account and it holds all your coupons. I usually get The Wallflowers and hand soap but today I got something different. 10/10

Greeted at the door and was advised on current sales and location of the product I was looking for. Made sure to tell me about new products and were very friendly

Love the staff here! They are kind and not too pushy! Everyone knows the products they are coming in for and how good they are so no complaints there. I could spend an hour at a time here smelling the candles; I highly recommend stopping in!

This location is by far my favorite! They have a wide selection and the staff is always extremely kind and helpful, never pushy. They have plenty of "try me" scents so you know just what you're getting, and the way the place is set up is not only super pretty but makes shopping simpler (For example, if I remember my favorite scent is in pink packaging, I look no further than the wall decked out in pink products!). If you're getting BBW, go to this one.

This bath and body works is pretty big, they have a large selection of candles and body care. Can be pretty pricey, but they're always having different sales and sending out coupons. This store is always kept neat and the staff are always helpful.

Friendly employees and they were there for me when I needed a chair to be able to sit down.

Nice store, the employees are chosen well and trained to be helpful and friendly. I wish more businesses took the time to educate their people on customer service and being attentive to people's needs. Not all people are naturally friendly and understand the concept of customer service. These people do!

The staff at this store....AMAZING! my mom and I came in with my 2 little ones & our hands full, the sweetest employee got a basket, carried it for us following us around the store opening candles for us to smell and helping us pick things out. Both of my little ones were very fussy and the entire staff made us feel comfortable and didn’t treat us like we were crazy for bringing in cranky kids! Thank you all so much for your help, especially the girl that helped us around the store❤

Good location, good customer service, but i would still prefer ordering online if the cost is the same either way. Unfortunate that the company continues to stop production on some of my favorite scents. Mens body wash options are limited but great quality.

Love this location, because I don't have to go to the mall! The staff is friendly which is a plus! Shop there now more than I have in a long time, because of the specials and coupons! Smell-good galore!

Thank you Bradley Fair bathandbodyworks for giving me back the wonderful shopping experience I've always have enjoyed shopping at a bathandbodyworks. Especially after the horrible experience I had two times at the Towne west location. This will be my new location I will shop at for now on. This is exceptional customer service and wonderful management at this location. The manager at the towne west location could learn alot from the whole staff at this wonderful location. Thank you once again for the wonderful shopping experience after horrible experiences at another location.
