T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My Husband and I went in to T Mobile the other day and were greeted by Drake with the eagerness to help. We were getting ready to complete our transaction and Drake had consulted another employee(Logan) who advised us in a better way to complete our transaction. So we decided to take both Drake and Logan’s advice and come back a different day.

Monday April 22nd 2024 we went back to T Mobile to complete the transaction we had start a couple days prior. This time we’re greeted by Brock who was so excited to have a customer that he has completed with Drake and Logan had started.

We are super pleased with these 3 individuals at this location as they’re super pleasant and eager to help, with ridiculous amounts of information to aide in helping you make the best decisions for your personal needs.

I had a wonderful experience today. Tristan was great help, very detailed and pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend visiting this location. The store was clean and the whole staff were very friendly.

One of the best experiences in a cell phone store I have ever had. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend going to this location for all your cell phone needs. This location enjoys being involved with the community and participates in as many events in and around the Manhattan area.

I never expected to a leave a review-much less a positive review- at a T-Mobile store. But, this location had the most helpful employees in Terrance and Steven. Unlike most phone stores, they were helpful, friendly, and not pushy which was awesome.

Kyra and Dede fixed my phone in less than one minute. My IPhone had been blocking calls on its own. They have great smiles and excellent customer service skills!

Best customer service ever experienced for a phone provider right here at this location, the girl that moved from Florida, and the other girl that was a student, both reduced my phone bill, set me up for auto pay, and got me a free tracker present when none of the other stores ever helped me. Thank you!

Everytime I have gone to this location I've been met with kindness and patience. When my newly upgraded phone malfunctioned FOUR times. My issue was resolved. I was being stubborn and trying to stay loyal to my brand. Pablo was understanding. He did everything in his power to help me! I truly am glad it was this location that I was dealing with. The service is top notch! In the end I switched brands and honestly I don't regret it. I will be loyal to Sprint/t-mobile as long as they continue to keep employees like Pablo happy! Thanks Pablo, for your fantastic service and kind personality!

We were in the store today to start a family plan. My son was already a Sprint customer, so he needed to convert to a T-Mobile plan and then add my wife and I to his plan. We were coming over from another service provider and as it turned out the process could have been a difficult one. Angela was a champion to say the least. She calmly and professionally negotiated the necessary procedures, and she tolerated lots of questions from my wife and I as we are not highly tech savvy. She allowed us the time and opportunity to ask any and every question that we could think of. I would like to sum up my comments, about Angela, as what I call the three P's. Professional, patient, and proficient. I would also add that David was much the same. He provided support to Angela, as he had time, between other customers. Thank you, Angela and David, for making us feel welcome to the T-Mobile family.

I just had to write this review, Pablo is the best assistant manager I’ve dealt with at any retail store. He is always so helpful. Carli, Dom, and Jose are the ones who helped with our new phone set up and have been helping us anytime anything weird has come up and they have dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently EVERY TIME. We switched five lines over and have had no major issues and any time there was anything this crew took care of it. Honestly haven’t seen customer service like this in any other retailer anywhere.

Every time I visit this store I am amazed with the service! They were pretty busy with only 2 people working and still getting to everyone in a timely manner. They greeted and acknowledged everyone coming in. The store manager David was great at multitasking! Amazing customer service thank yall!

Pablo, store manager, was very helpful and understanding. It is never a good day with a broken Iphone, and Pablo was able to turn that right around. He was able to help file a claim and make it as pain free and simple as possible. Will definitely be returning for any of my phone needs.

Wonderful and friendly staff. We were assisted by Mason in upgrading my husband's phone and he was SUPER helpful and made the process incredibly easy for us! And since we were the only ones in there the other guy, Donovan, played with our son which was so cute (but also crazy helpful)

I am driving 🚗 cross country, and my phone stopped charging. I had to drive 45 minutes with low charge using my phone's Google maps. Needless to say, not knowing the area, I was lucky enough to get to this store. Angela Burnett was a dream come true. Not having a tech person on property, she was able to figure out my problem AND SOLVE IT!! Great job Angela!!!! I certainly hope people ask for her if they want anything done.
I should also mention that T-mobile outsources their customer service to the Philippines. Driving cross country, they had "No Clue" that I was in Kansas with a problem, or where Kansas was, especially in relation to my billing address, which is New York....very frustrating to say the least!!

I went in because my iPhone 6s was stuck on the white screen with a black apple when it first turns on and it was stuck like what for 24 hours. When I went in they were extremely nice and tried to do what they could. When one guy couldn't get it to work they asked Pablo to help and he was extremely helpful and super nice. He got my phone to turn back on and he even got my storage problem taken care of with out me asking. While I was waiting they were friendly and made conversation and let me know exactly what they were doing in the process and kept me updated.

They treated us like friends from moment we walked in until we left happy. Manager even drove to Topeka to make our experience as great as possible. So glad we stopped at this store instead of any others. Would recommend to anyone with phone issues.

Pablo was a great help and has great customer service skills. Pablo helped me get set up with my upgrade to S8plus and accessories, He also showed me how I could earn money since I am a member of a credit union. Thank you so much!!!!

I have visted several of T Mobile stores, howerver when i visited the store here in Manhattan, I was treated very nice. Kindel and Angela helped me on two diffrent occations. Both times I was helped beyond what I get when I have to call customer service. They were always nice and they both were able to fix the problems I had. Thanks for both of them. I know how it is to have to deal with mad customers. So kuddos to both of them

We worked with Angela at the T-Mobile store at 638 Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan, Kansas.

To say that she was friendly and REALLY knew her way through all the T-Mobile equipment and purchase options would be a Giant Understatement! We simply couldn’t have completed our upgrades to the new iPhones without her expertise and friendly, helpful advice!!

They go above and beyond to exceed their customers expectations and this is from my personal experience, as well as seeing them work with others before and after servicing me. I’m truly convinced that if there are any negative reviews on this store or these two employees specifically- Those are from miserable Negative Nancy’s having a horrible day!!!

Pablo is the literal best. Good customer service is so hard to come by. His is beyond good. Him as Jasmine went above and beyond to get me figured out.
