Favorite place in Manhattan. Best bar we've been to in the Midwest. Very clean, open and cozy feeling at the same time. Beer is excellent. We got the wings, burger & stir fry. Everything was delicious. 5/5 will be back

Can’t even think of a bad thing about this place! Went for a date night and the food was great, service was great, and atmosphere was great. We ordered the chorizo flatbread, tap Mac w/ roasted chicken, steak fritas, cowboy cobb salad, and then the churros for desert. For drinks we got a ragnarok beer and a Paloma. The Paloma was a spin off off a Paloma (not bad).

Stopped in for some late night beers, my wife ended up trying a flight of six in-house brews and I tried one of the sours. The crab dip was fantastic! The service was good and the bartender was very friendly.

I like the Korean chicken wings, poutine, and chilly cheese steak.

I am not a big fan for their steaks!

They have some very nice beers.

I would recommend this place for kids, family, coworkers… not particularly for a romantic dinner but you would have probably guess without this review.

Great food and great service! Our server was Zachary and he was great at refilling our drinks and offering great suggestions on food. I had the veggie burger. It was good as long as you cumin. I’m not a big cumin fan, so I’d suggest to the restaurant to nix the cumin in the burger, but that’s just me. Their sweet potato waffle fries are some of the best I’ve ever had. We had the pretzel appetizer and it was really good! Now all they need is a sweet cinnamon sugar pretzel with an icing dip or chocolate dip for desert!
Update: went back and tried the stir fry. It was spicier than I was expecting, but really good.

All the food was VERY good! I had the Ciderboys First Press, which is a hard apple cider, and it was very good and didn't taste like alcohol. The lettuce wraps were pretty good, my group had the grain bowl, meatloaf, cowboy cobb salad, and the hot italia caprese and everyone really loved their food.

Great food! My son and I love the burgers, sandwiches, and poutine fries. My wife enjoys the salads and fish. There are options for everybody here! Always a fun atmosphere with excellent service. Good choice for travelers looking for someplace unique to Manhattan, or for locals like us who want a delicious meal without cooking or doing the dishes!

A nice brew pub with good food. It's hard to find a place that will actually make a burger medium rare, but they cooked my burger perfectly. Lovely bartender and nice atmosphere.

From the first moment we entered we felt welcomed and were greeted. Service was great, food was excellent, and drinks were tasty. Thank you to all at Tallgrass Tap House for making our night wonderful.

Meatloaf was so delicious I can taste why it's a favorite.

Great food. Wonderful service. We had to make a few dietary adjustments to our order, and they worked with us. Our server was prompt, kind and very knowledgeable. Everything was great!

Staff is friendly and helpful. When it's busy you can order a drink or appetizers while you wait. Overall food was solid. Local brewed beer on site was fantastic. Our group pretty much sampled the entire menu. You won't be disappointed.

They have an array of merchandise and to go beer to choose from up front as well. Our group grabbed some T's, insulated cups and some beer to go. Success!

Overall the service was great, our host was in training but still did a great job. The food came out quick and was delicious. The wings are crispy and taste great. The burger was juicy and the fries are basically perfect with an amazing ranch sauce.

The atmosphere was great, again and again my wife and I talked about how good the music was.

It's probably gonna be our go-to for fun lunches and day drinks.

Definitely stop in if you want to have some good food and drink.

Wife and I date night we've been here before over a year or two so we decided to go on a little road trip. We ordered a sausage plate made different ways 3 total with our special home brews sampler of 6 different beers it was a good day 👌.

Great drinks and food! We sat on the patio with our kids and dog. They had a heater set up and along with the string lights it made for a cozy atmosphere. Would suggest the Mistress of the Night stout and the Meatloaf as suggested by our waiter. We hope to return in the future.

Great beer selection and even better service! Honestly it was the best service I’ve had in years, from anywhere. Great patio on a beautiful fall evening.

Great food and beer. The food selection was amazing

Second time did not disappoint. Connor was our waiter, and was spectacular, continuously checking up. We started out with a Korean Fried Chicked wings that was to die for, the most crispiest chicken wings in the local area. My wife ordered a Taphouse Burger, medium rare that was the best burger she's had on her life. My children shared bacon Mac and Cheese that was completely consumed within half an hour. I ordered myself fish and chips. I was afraid that the cod was overcooked, but happened to to be so moist and perfectly fluffy inside that easily melted in your mouth with a scrumptious crunch from the outer layer. My fries were a little over-done for my taste, but made up for it on the second round with our waiter's quick response. Check out for Connor guys. Ended with a warm dessert for the kids and the wife and didn't mind the $80 spent.

Our server Avery was excellent, he took incredible care of us and checked in on us throughout our experience to make sure that we were doing well. He provided recommendations as well as offering us samples. We will be coming back and hope for Avery to be our server again!

What a great evening celebrating my birthday. It was some of ours first time here. Atmosphere was great, waitress was wonderful, and the food was on point! We shall return for more beer tasting and great food. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great food. Great beer. Service is wonderful. Our young, energetic server was super enthusiastic and helpful. I go here every time I come to town!
