The store is very clean and organized, making it easy to find products.
The shelves were full of merchandise and there were no empty shelves. The lighting in the store is bright and clean.

Today, I was in a pinch. My mig welder gave up the ghost, and I really needed it. I called the parts replacement line, and they didn't have nor could they order the part that I needed. I went to my local store in Manhattan, KS. One of the very friendly and helpful managers, Valerie, was on duty. When I entered the store, Valerie asked how she could help. I wasn't sure that she would be able to, simply because the warehouse couldn't, not because of any previous experience. (All fantastic) I explained and made my request. After leading me in the right direction, she was able to locate the part that I needed. Because of Valerie, I was able to continue and complete my very important project! I'm so grateful for your assistance every time I'm there! Thanks!

I like Harbor Freight, because they always have what I need, in terms of tools, at decent price points. For Chinese manufactured products, the quality has gotten better, and better, over the years. But, then the prices have also gone up, accordingly.

Have the tools I need and more to get the job done and cashier was very friendly, professional, and polite. Roaming employees though were to busy though at the time I guess to ask if I needed help but, as a mechanic I already knew what I needed.

Wanted to get a 21 gallon air compressor and the gentleman in store where great. They had me pull up to store and help me load in my car. I didn't have to do any lifting, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again for making this a great experience.

Fantastic place for low priced but quality tools

I love Harbor Freight. The Bauer tool line is excellent at nearly half the cost of competitors. I recently bought one of their unicorns, the brad nailer, notoriously out of stock. But with their online tool locator, I found one in another state. It was well worth the drive for the price and quality.

Good tools for good prices, Harbor freight always has my back.

Great price on batteries. Decent selection. Check out their clearance table sometimes you find good buys. I have no complaints on quality of anything I've purchased here so far. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their Sales are a always worth looking into.

Great service. Always someone close by asking if I needed help finding anything. If I had any questions or needed help finding something, they were quick to lead me directly to the item. Clean organized store with a large selection of anything you could possibly need. I'm a member of the inside track club and it pays for itself in no time, great value. Enjoying the HF coupons app. I only wished I could shop the entire store online and add items directly from the store and the adds to my cart or wish list. Maybe a way of doing it, but if there is. I haven't figured it out yet.

A small store but typically has everything I ever want

I came in asking for help on some outdoor lawn equipment and the staff was super helpful. They got me exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is doing home improvement projects.

Huge store with tons of tools. This place is definitely for anyone who can work with their hands and you can probably find any tool you need here.

It was freaking amazing everything was very cheap great staff in the stores normally pretty empty so you can just go crazy about the tool that you love by yourself.overall very satisfying experience you need tool that you're looking for at a better price than what you were going to pay anywhere else will be there honestly I went next door to hobby lobby for an airbrush and ended up going right back over to harbor freight and getting it cheaper so to say the least they are very reasonably priced.

A clean store, with helpful and ever-available employees. Prices are good, as you would expect in a Harbor Freight, and quality varies between tools, but this is your place as hobbyist or someone on a budget.

Hazard Fraught tools is the best and only place to get inexpensive tools quickly. Some tools are poor quality "disposable" quick fix kind of stuff, but quite a bit of their selection is good quality equipment! Their Vulcan welders are great and will last for many years and the Earthquake impact guns are as strong and durable as Snap On or Mac. I usually end up with whatever item I went in for as well as 10 things I saw while I was there!

Love this store. I could spend my entire paycheck here. Pay attention to the warranty on certain items though. If it is 90 days buy the one or two year warranty.

Ever since Sears has started going out of business Harbor Freight has been my go to store for tools.
They have a complete selection of all tools from low end, one time use, to high quality construction quality tools.
I was so glad when a Harbor Freight opened close to me.
