All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped me several times with providing the type of insoles that my podiatrist recommended. I also bought 1 pair of each type of shoes that my podiatrist recommended. The products here are amazing and have already helped lower the amount of pain I've had in both of my feet from plantar fasciitis and other foot conditions that cause pain. One day, I went in to pick something up that they ordered for me, and I gave them a thank you card that I wrote, and they were so appreciative of it. They told me thank you for the card. I told them you're welcome, thank you.

Stopped here to get some new running shoes and was really surprised by their great selection! The employees were super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what would work best for my needs. They made the whole process feel less overwhelming and helped me pick out a great pair of Hokas that no where else in town carried. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t think I’ll ever return back to buying shoes from a big box store where no one knows anything about shoes or feet. I went here recently to buy some Hokas since I’m a distance runner. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Friendly environment was a good feeling as a customer. Got my hokas, paid and left within 15 minutes. In and out with great assistance very quickly. I recommend runners in the area to visit the store. It’s actually really cool inside.

The store is really a good spot when in search of shoes. They have more women shoes than men shoes in stock but overall the service is good, the selection has a lot of variety, and their pricing is reasonable. I like being a part of the rewards club where you get some additional savings and collect points that you use for your purchases. They had a great sale going on for Hey Dudes with 25% off one pair or buy 2 get one free.

I was about to give up looking for this rare ultralight Smartwool pair of socks, until one day I discovered a store in Salina, Kansas still carried it. I live nowhere near the state of Kansas, in fact it's a place that only exists in my fictional imagination thanks to the Wizard of Oz. I knew I would either be scammed or delighted. My order of socks shipped faster than Amazon. I'm about to order the rest of your stock, thank you to the people of Kansas!

We had a last minute need for work boots and this place was awesome. First they had a pretty great selection of women's boots and I found a great pair, and then the salesman was top notch and very attentive. I vant remember the last time I went to a place that sat me down and put the shoe on me!! The prices are what I would expect to spend on decent work boots as well. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I've bought a few pairs of HOKA and SAS shoes from this local Salina shoes store and I've been very pleased with my purchases; they do carry an assortment of selections. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive to online purchases.

I would definitely recommend this shoe store! All the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about shoes and insoles. They didn't have the specific type of shoe with proper arch support and width and ordered in a pair for me for no extra charge. I purchased a brand of running shoes i never would have thought to try (Hoka). Ive been using them for a couple weeks and they are great! Best pair of shoes ive bought. I also purchased a pair of soles that have helped my feet tremendously because of my very high arch. The clerk also noticed my wife was wearing some chacos and offered her some that were on sale. She has been trying to get me to try some and the clerk went and found a pair on sale in my size which i decided to buy!

Service was great. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices might be a little high, but the shoes they sell are of a higher quality than mainstream shoe stores like foot action or famous footwear.

BROWN'S is my favorite place to shop for shoes. They were always good to tell me if shoes fit my children correctly & wouldn't just sell a pair because a child liked them. With my husband and myself they're friendly and considerate. A+

I don’t know the owner’s name, but this shoe store reminds you of what retail used to be like in the good old days when sales clerks in retail stores were professionals who knew their products, took pride in their company and craft, and ultimately took sincere care of their customers. To me, shoes are something you don’t skimp on. I despise the cheapo shoes you get at the mall stores and big box stores and believe you get what you pay for. Browns and other fine shoe stores are limited by the manufacturers as to how much they can discount prices but imho your feet thank you later and you end up buying fewer shoes over time anyway because good ones last longer. Anyway, the people that work here do a great job, make you feel like they appreciate your business and hopefully they’ll be around for a long time. Buy your shoes here!
