McDonald's

Okay, it's 27 degrees, there are 8 inches of snow, all the highways in the area are closed and I can't leave or do anything.

My hotel has basically nada but I look out and these guys are miraculously open. The food was pretty good (above average for McDonald's for sure) and the people still seemed cheerful despite the fact that they are probably the only ones in town working.

Huge thank you to these guys for braving the weather and staying open. It was great for all the people stuck here.

They have gotten much better in drive thru service and no more expected long waiting in line!

I ordered breakfast around 9:00am, Ms Carol took my order and was extremely helpful and patient. I order a couple different things and to make it cheaper she just put it under a combo. Awesome service and experience. Took less than 5 minutes to order and leave.

I can not remember the guys name that helped me, but he told me he had put 55 hours that week. I let him know his customer service was top-notch, and I appreciate hearing one of his coworkers had come in to help make sure the place was properly staffed.

He might remember me - I had just got through charging my Tesla at the superchargers in the Holiday Inn parking lot, and I was on my way to Denver. I told him how much I dislike electric cars for long-distance driving.

Place was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. People behind counter were ok. Food was fresh.

All around great! Great food great service. The guy who took my order in the drive thro really made my day/evening he was very nice very genuine he put a smile on my face that everyone had been trying to do all day and failed. He was successful. His name was Roy :)

Made the perfect iced French Vanilla coffees for us today. Some McDonald’s don’t get them right so it was nice to get good ones 🤩

I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal. It was good quality, the cheeseburgers were put together and cooked well. The fries were a little undersalted but well cooked. The fountain drink tasted good.

drive thru super fast and got our order correct. bravo with great customer service.

3 times they asked if I was using the mobile app which I was not! Maybe they should focus more on getting the items I ordered correct instead of arguing with me about what I did or did not order! I ended up without the drinks I ordered because she didn't put them on the order! The restaurant is now full of space cadets! This place has gone downhill drastically since the one Mgr has apparently left. We will not be back!! Too far to drive clear to the north end of town for lousy service!!

Stopped here on February 18t. Staff was super friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. The double-cheeseburgers we had were the best we've EVER had at ANY McDonald's! Thanks for the great service!

It's hard to give fast food restaurants 5 stars but this one gets 5. They were prompt & courteous. The order was correct and the food was neat. Usually my sandwich looks like someone made it then thru it across the room to someone else to wrap it.

Americas go to breakfast lunch and dinner. Happy Wife...Happy life.

Truly Amazing service! I used a coupon and I didn't spend much at first, and the cashier (sorry I didn't get her name she was a Caucasian woman) still treated me not only with dignity and respect which is kinda rare when you're at Mcdonalds esp. If you're not spending much, but she was exceptionally nice. Yeah, staff was very friendly and I ended up buying more. I also accidentally forgot my phone in there which had a wallet case, so I would've been dead, but they held it for me and had it ready when I got there which I deeply appreciated apparently another customer brought it to them. I think I left it on the table.

I was traveling on the greyhound bus across the country and was almost to my stop when I found out they lost my luggage and we had missed the only bus for the day. The wonderful people of mcdonalds let me stay without being a paying customer and offered me water and company until I was able to find a ride home. They were amazing! Highly recommend this place.

The receipts have a survey that if you fill out you get a buy one get one free on your next visit. As a McDonald's fan, just don't go too often. The food is great and McDonald's as a company is ran efficiently. They're all across the globe. Economist base the strength of a country's currency off the price of a Big Mac. I love the Value Menu and everything on the menu. For ideas about customizing your order, use the mobile app and your food will be ready when you pull up to the drive up or walk in. They also used to give you a promotion for first time using the mobile app.

Great service, part of the joy of coming out west is always the people. The young lady behind the counter was fast and friendly, and the morning manager was cracking jokes- A plus for this one.
