Usually kept pretty organized. Employees are helpful and will go out of your way to help find you a size, style etc. Not the biggest selection, but a nice place to find cute and comfy clothes.

A nice find inside Central Mall. It’s a clean store and they had some pretty nice clearance and discounts when I went there. I found what I needed and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. They also offer a rewards program, so make sure to sign up for that!

Tons of deals on clearance. If I had more time before they closed, I'd still be in there looking. Good service, very well maintained. Super friendly cashier.

I avoided Old Navy for years, thinking they didn't have a trendy aesthetic. Now that I'm a bit older I actually thought they had some really cute stuff, and some really great bargains. We got 2 outfits for 50$, including a jacket that was only 12$

This is the only Old Navy I shop at in Kansas. The manager and staff go above and beyond to help you. Online returns are very easy at this location. Great selection too.
