Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I'm gastronomically astonished by this establishment and it's employees!
The food wasn't entirely fresh, so the manager/crew-lead made them cook up a whole new batch of Shrimp on the spot and threw out the rubbery stale shrimp!

Super friendly and upbeat atmosphere amongst the employees! Which is super rare!
But well registered among the guests!

Food was absolutely great, fresh and hot as you'd expect! It was fast and a great experience which happens rare enough!

Food was ready fast (order on the app!) and it was fresh and had extra sauce and napkins. Perfect service! Clean inside and plenty of tables. They even have outlets with USB at each table if you need a charge up. Great location.

Popeyes has Amazing, Crispy, Spicy, flavorful Chicken. I used to be KFC only, but lately the food seems a little lack luster as I was a huge fan of original Recipe, but the Crunch on Popeyes is too much to argue about...they got it hands down!

I ordered a 3pc combo and everything was delicious. Service was friendly and the restroom was clean. Highly recommended, especially if you're heading west on I-70. It's the last chance to have good food for many miles.

Came all the way out here because other location tells me they are out of everything I tried to order. I order, get to window & pay. As I'm waiting kids see cookies. I ask if I can buy some as he hands me my food. He goes and grabs 3, says don't worry about it. Great customer services.

The workers here are amazing! The cashier who rang us through, was very polite! While taking out order, we mentioned we were delivering in Laredo TX. He said with a smile, that is where I am from! The food was fast, hot, and delicious! Thank you to this man, and Popeyes, for making this a wonderful experience! While in line for our food, there was a rude pair, who complained, about, a 20 minute wait, for their food. It was handled very professionally! Would you want raw chicken cooked for you in less time? I wouldn't!♡

Just wanted to thank the staff working on 2/22/23 around 3 pm. They were very nice and quick with the order. The place was clean 👌 as well. Also thanks for the cheat code!

Staff very enjoyable. Greeted us when we entered. Traveling takes a toll with 4 boys in the car for more than 8 hours. They put a smile on our face and recharged us for our trip. Thank you for the great food and wonderful atmosphere. Have a great evening!

Super busy and I made a pretty large order that was served in under 5 minutes! Smiles all around, very nice manners, and happy to take the next order...that's what I call GREAT customer service and these days one might even consider it above and beyond. Freshest popeyes I've ever had I believe and the strips were big.

Had a very good experience here. Jassy was very sweet. She came to my table after I was finished with my meal and asked me how everything was and asked me if I needed anything else. I have never had that happen at a Popeyes restaurant. Honestly it made my day.

We got a two piece meal with spicy chicken. It was fantastic. The flavor and temperature were perfect! The gentleman that took our order was very personable!

Carol was absolutely fantastic. She gave us probably the best service in drive through that we've had anywhere in a long time! She made sure we had all the goodies (honey, jelly, forks ect.) With out even asking! And the food was delicious.

We stopped in to try the chicken sandwich that we've heard so much about. Unfortunately they were sold out. We got the chicken tender meals instead and they were huge! The two of us could've easily split a 5 piece meal.

Great staff we love Sylvia she's awesome. We were broke down and ate there 3 days in a row. Food is yum little more expensive than other Popeyes but that's because it's at truck stop.

Everything was really good. We ask for 2 substitutions and the counter guy was really nice and did what we ask for no difference in price. We really appreciate that. The food was really good, too. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was; and the cold stuff was cold.
