Starbucks

Nice place... the only thing I will recommend is to have the whole order coming at the same time or at least somewhat close. I got my jam and cheese croissant 15 min before my Frappuccino, so it was cold already.

Never been a huge Starbucks person but here recently we've made a couple stops that impressed us! Really liking the bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich for less than $5 and 360 calories. I can't have caffeine and tried to order a decaf cold brew which isn't possible. Instead, he offered me an Americano, cold decaf, with a sweet pumpkin foam topper... it was DELICIOUS. My son also tried the viral chocolate strawberry drink (the pink drink with chocolate foam topper) and loved it! Service was great during both stops, and even tho the line was long both days, we got thru quickly.

I don't frequently go to Starbucks but the few times I've been here since it was built was nice. The staff are polite and do their best to get you what you want, and the drinks come out pretty good. My only real complaint is the prices, but I understand the cashier doesn't set the prices.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these ladies that work there ! :) they make my day and my coffee and food are always delicious !! They write me sweet notes on my cup! What beautiful employees y’all hired! :):):):)

I'm a new employee and Starbucks has been the most considerate employer I've ever had I love working here!

On this occasion with my visiting son and family Thanksgiving week. We used drive thru. No problems, but busy; as were the other Salina locations we visited this holiday week. I've noticed parking can be an issue at this location over the last 4-5 years. It's unfortunate that City planners did not allow a curb cut on the East side (back side -- drive thru order location) into the Central Mall parking lot. Drive thru lane traffic can make an exit challenge for patrons parking to go indoors when busy.

This is for multiple things I have tried! I get a coffee like everyday and the staff are always so nice and fast! They sealed very professionally with conflict.

Always have a good turnout from this location even when they're busy. They were a little flustered this visit but rebounded well. I would like to see better acknowledgement sometimes for customers coming into the side entrance for order pickups. I would also suggest a projector screen that shows the order name and if the order is ready or in progress. This would make it easier for people to get in and get out and make for a less crowded environment. This location does a consistently good job.

I’ve been to many Starbucks around the U.S. and this one is set apart from the rest. From the drinks and food to the customer service, everything was top notch. They were even really busy on a Sunday morning and I received my order in a timely manner. Hats off to you, Salina Starbucks!

Never really liked Starbucks cuz the coffee is too strong for me, but today it was good. I had what the cashier suggested which was a white chocolate mocha and a cookie. The wait staff knew what they were doing, cuz the were busy and they were moving like a 100 mph. I haven't seen such hard working kids in quite some time. Great to see good work ethic!

Quick, they get the line moving, friendly staff and drinks taste great!

I wish more people ordered through the app, it would make the drive-thru so much faster -- don't you want to earn free stuff anyway, plus not have to exchange payment? All good, I just pick it up inside. Been there 100+ times, I think I only had to wait once.

I was traveling through Kansas and stopped in. I went in for a cup of regular coffee. I had rewards and unsure of how to set it up. The lady behind the counter helped me from start to finish. Plus, the coffee was not as it had been imagined, I returned to update it a bit. Everyone behind the counter was courteous to me, especially since I have never ordered this coffee for someone else. I would highly recommend this Starbucks.

I drive out of my way to work just to stop at this particular location because they treat me so well. My car was backed into a couple of months ago, and they gave me my coffee for free and wished me a better rest of the day. I'll get random smile face stickers on my lids too! I'm greeted by name when I walk in to pick up my online order and that just goes to show that they take the time to know their customers and ensure they have a part in making their day better.
I've never had a bad experience with other locations, but this crew goes above and beyond. I would give a 10 star review, 5 stars do not do them justice!

My favorite Starbucks to visit out of the many in Salina. The service here is amazing and me being a inexperienced coffee 'orderer' they always help me out (I have no idea how many pumps of what or how to edit drinks for my taste if its not a specialty drink that needs no editing) and they always come through with the best drinks. I would also like to mention how friendly everyone is and I've gotten to know a few of the workers, who are always kind. I am an anxious person and they are super understanding when I can not figure out how to say my order right. My friends and I visit almost everyday and have never had a bad experience.

Great service. They seemed busy when we first arrived, but they were very efficient in their transactions and got to us rather quickly. They weren't particularly talkative, but they served with a smile and amazing manners. The drinks were also spot on.

Does a Starbucks location really need a review? Of course this is a great place. The employees are in a good mood and the products are wonderful. I work on the road and you can always count on Starbucks for a place to get some PC work done and enjoy great coffee at the same time. Love it.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection, Baristas know what they're doing and offer good suggestions. Always have had good service and good food and drink here. Clean and well-kept, can be pretty busy sometimes, but service is pretty fast and you can get through the line without too long of a wait.

The single best Starbucks in the area, including Wichita. The PM staff in particular are amazing. They are always courteous and accommodating. Willing to help if your drink isn't made just right, and have always been on point each time I go there. Especially Janelle, she is exceptional.

Not sure the name of the girl working the drive thru. But just now got coffee and honestly the friendliest person I've ever had the pleasure of talking to when going through a drive through at any place. Unfortunately I'm not local but would highly recommend based on customer service alone.
