Great place to go for all your tech needs. I was able to find what I needed. They even held the device while I took a little time to get my wallet.

I recently visited this Best Buy in hopes of speaking with the geek squad. I was greeted by Matthew at the door and he informed me that I needed to make an appointment. I think he saw the worry in my face as I needed help asap. He asked if he could take a look and had my laptop fixed in a matter of 5 minutes. He was super respectful and informative; his customer service skills are unmatched. Thankyou Matthew!

The employer was so kind and helpful when we bring the our new espresso machine. It had a lot So professional skills they have!

My review is based of the fact this is my favorite store and I am always taken care of when I come here. If you use the best buy app to find things and then check to see if they have whatever it is you are looking for in store, you will see if they have what you are looking for or not and can make the trip to grab it.

The experience began with Jack Carruth. I wanted a new television. He answered every single question I had about TVs. He was extremely knowledgeable about every television Best Buy had to offer. I wanted to mount our TV and he walked me through the entire process. He did not try to over sale anything. It was a great Experience. Then came Ethan and his partner(forgot to ask his name) to install the TV. They we’re absolutely fantastic. Both were full of knowledge and I could tell they loved what they do. Plus they we talked about everything. They were both awesome. Thank you Best Buy for still caring about customer service. I Appreciate you

Had exactly what I needed, and was greeted by multiple friendly staff. They had an amazing attitude and had a good laugh with them while checking out.

It's an awesome store and I plan on moving to Manhattan Kansas and getting a job at best buy some day and a new Rescare client I'll be moving in January sometime

Manager helped in an absolute crises needing a computer bc mine was destroyed by a drink. I had exams due in like a week and was freaking out. Really fixed my situation for me and was even able to get me the same computer I had at a discounted price.

They let us in even though it was closing time and never rushed us. The cashier was polite. We just came in for a computer mouse. Thanks again!

Little pricier than I expected, but honestly the part I needed was so specific, I'm not mad. Jake was super helpful, patient and kind while I got my card figured out. He was also super knowledgeable about the app, and walked me through their self-checkout experience.

Had what I needed, staff was helpful, and check out was speedy.

This Best Buy is always great to go to because of the friendly staff. They can answer pretty much any question I have and the selection of items is good and reasonably priced. Madi (I believe that was her name) rang me up at the register and was very friendly.

Getting a car audio installed staff are friendly and helpful and they are very knowledgeable about there expertise

Got the help I needed right away. A couple items I wanted were not in stock but was able to set it for the items to be delivered to my home. Overall one of the more pleasant holiday shopping experiences.

The experience was nice I got what I was looking for. I just wished y'all had screen protectors and cases for my phone Samsung galaxy S20 fe . Y'all had the protector before I got it.

Don’t go here often but stopped in looking for a charging cord for my laptop. Helped by Angie, who was super nice and very helpful. Took the time to figure out exactly what I needed and offer me options for direct ship or ship to store.
