Indian Hills Ace Hardware

ACE is a great choice for hardware items before having to go to large home centers.

I love this hardware store...over the years I have never had a negative interaction with employees. They are all friendly, and ready to help in any way. The store carries a large variety of merchandise with reasonable prices. I highly recommend going to Indian Hills Ace Hardware!

It’s not the biggest or flashiest hardware store but when you legitimately need help with something they will help you to the best of their ability/knowledge. It’s a life long experience to know a bit about everything that’s sold in a hardware store (building, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, plumbing and painting etc etc) so having employees with those skills is a valuable resource and I appreciate them.

I stopped in this morning to "tour" the store. I'm weaning myself off the Big Box stores and trying harder to support smaller businesses. I was surprised by just how wide the variety of merchandise was there! I'm going back in a few days to have them replace some glass in a broken window for me. They will be seeing more of me in the future!

Wonderful staff always knowledgeable and willing to go out of thier way to help you with the reason you decided to visit. I feel like it's at a slight cost of a tiny bit more expensive than other big brand stores but for someone who doesn't visit a hardware store but once a month or so I think it's a clear choice to come here.

My reason to come here;
-Im going into or in the middle of a project blind and need some insight.
-You need anything random that connects something random that broke off at home.

Oh and added bonus this is the only store that carries this shower hose adaptor that fits over public water fountains to turn it into a dog wash spot. If you have a dog just get one it'll come in handy. :)

You think with all the time she spends on that phone she would be happy to. awful customer service. i watched them buying shelves from home depot when they first opened up.

I love this place! It's been in our neighborhood for years! Sales people are awesome and friendly! This is how customer service was back in the day! Always a pleasure to shop there and support small businesses in my neighborhood!

Being a NEW 1st time home owner I am SO THANKFUL these folks are just around the corner!! They help me without being judgy- they don't laugh when I need advice - they encourage me when I have doubts about doing it myself! I LOVE THIS STORE! I have yet to come across an employee who isn't friendly!

We live in Texas and wanted to buy my father a Traeger Grill. The customer service we received was beyond exceptional! Brian the store manager and his staff helped with the delivery and setup. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Definately check them out!!

Dropped my screen off and was told it would be just a few days, compared to the WestLake Ace that said 3 weeks.
Masks were suggested, but not mandatory.

Walked in and was immediately asked what I was looking for. Pointed me the right way and asked whether I needed help. Told her no and quickly found the screws I was looking for. Price seemed fair. Short well organized line at the checkout. Big selection of products. That is what I am looking for in a hardware store

Lost a locket on a chain while I was getting back into my car in Ace's parking lot. Thought sure it was long gone but I called Ace and left my #. Next morning, Ashlee called me up and said she found it in the parking lot. So nice to see such honesty in this day and age!!

Service is prompt and courteous, employees are knowledgeable and friendly in a very professional manner. Store is well stocked, laid out and displayed in an easy-to-use manner, with a wide diversity of common household repair and upgrade items!

Indian Hills Ace is another reason to shop local! Had a great experience today getting a ladder at Ace. Nicos was extremely helpful, explained my options and carried it all the register & my truck without even asking if I wanted help! When you're at Ace you can always find friendly help!

Great assistance when you shop here for sure. Selection, quality, facility and the Service always top notch. Been coming here for years and the rewards program with Ace is nice...so is the App.
