Great selections and different veritiy of things

I placed an incredibly large (240 items) pick up order here last week to be picked up yesterday (I thought they would have the weekend to work on it). Turns out their system won’t give them pick up orders until the morning they are scheduled to be picked up. So, they were out of some of the items I had ordered and they weren’t going to be able to fulfill the entire order that day.

I have placed similar orders at other local Dillons and had similar issues and never has it been handled like this before. It was typically just a shrug we are out and fill what we have.

I know that their entire team came together to make this order right, but I just want to recognize Gina for her outstanding customer service. Excellent communication, dedication, genuine care, and friendliness. She went way above and beyond!! In a world where it seems like stores hire anyone with a pulse, and customer service is only something we hear of in fairytales; I was taken aback by how well she handled the entire situation to make sure I was cared for.

I picked up my order today without a hitch, Gina and a local supermarket superhero loaded my truck with smiles on their faces. For a small grocery store, this team is doing something very right. Thank you to everyone who assisted, I will definitely continue to place my large orders here (I’ll be sure to call ahead in the future). Thank you Gina, you rocked!

Dillons is always a good place to get your food and they always nice to you!

This is a neighborhood store. Very friendly staff always ready to lend a hand. Small and quaint. They carry all the products you need.

Dillons is a great Kroger store, if you really want to get some great deals and save enough money to make a difference than be sure to have the digital coupon app figured out and know how to apply them as you shop and when you check out. It also helps to have a Dillons card at checkout but I'm sure you already knew that much.

Good store! Look at the clearance and managers special. Recently had 50 cent kinder bueno bars.....

Dillon has the friendliest staff! I enjoy shopping there more than any other grocery store because of this, plus the quality they offer can't be beat. You can get some great deals using their digital coupons, too!

They are very pleasant, must be under good management.

I have shopped at this Dillons for years. They are small but they still carry a good variety of most items. The staff are friendly and always accommodating. They are our neighbood market and I hope they stay for many years to come. Their service is irreplaceable.

Dillons stores have always Impressed me. Arguably they've the best, most fresh selections of produce in town! By having the plus card, I'm always mildly surprised of how much I can save. This store is clean, & from the managers down to the stockers, pleasant & helpfull.

It says that they close at 10 p.m. but you can get gas there 24 hours a day with credit or debit card. You do get a small cash reward for being a Dillons cardmember. And easy to get in and out of location, I would recommend.

Always buy groceries at Dillons so I love getting my 10, 20, and sometimes 30 cents off each gallon. Plus it's easy to get in and out off being right there at Central and West St.

Usually don't shop at this location, however, I enjoyed my shopping experience. Found what I needed, self check-out lanes was quick and easy to use. No complaints.
