I paid at the self-checkout and left my $20 cash-back at the kiosk. By the time I realized that I had left the money the manager had already found my money and ran outside to find me. When she couldn't find me she actually got in her car to widen the search. I am very appreciative and impressed with the nice store, and amazing people.

This morning I placed an online order for a 4x6 mounted photo panel. This afternoon I go to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready and that their store didn't even have the 4x6 panel to complete my order. I wish I would have asked for the name of the girl who helped me, she was great! She assured me they would make it right and offered to make an 8x6 right then and there for the price of the 4x6. Of course I took her up on it. We printed the 8x6 to find the picture was blurry so she took the time to help me get another picture off my phone and made sure that I was happy with everything. This location is a little out of my way but I picked the wrong location when I placed my order and will now be going back to this location because of the great service I received today. I really feel like this girl went above and beyond today and it was very much appreciated.

I've been going to this CVS for a long time - more than two years. I've never had a problem with any of the staff; they are always willing to help me and other find what they need quickly and effectively.

I have been searching all over the place for a new product called Nano Bio Protect. Susana w/CVS searched & found this product for me & then she took the time to educate me on other products only this CVS offers! Susana did an awesome job on her CS skills! Thank you again & I will be back to this CVS store!

Horrible service in the pharmacy the new manager or pharmacist Scott just takes up for his rude and nasty employees like Sam. I came in asking about a medication that was supposed to be with my others and before I could even say anything Sam rudely replied well we don’t have it and even if they send it now you’re not going to get it. Really and I’m the rude one? I am now yes. The short young lady that came to the counter was very polite but I can already tell that bunch is going to last about as long as the rest. They haven’t been decent since Tom left in the pharmacy area. So far I have a call in to the store manager, the director and regional level. People come to the pharmacy because they are in need of medication most of them are sick but with nasty employees like Sam and pharmacists like Scott willing to “take care of it” and allow the behavior it won’t get better. They have had about 10 pharmacists since Tom left and most of them have been rude and indifferent, but the pharmacy tech Sam has been by far the worst. I recorded the conversation so trust me when I say I was only rude after she was nasty. Horrible service once I speak to the director level and regional level supervisors I will have more to say.

Sam came to the window and apologized, it sounds like they are making a effort to create a more positive environment for their customers. With that being said I’m increasing their score to a 4. Thank you for the effort as of late I have not had any issues at all.

Average cvs. Though I have come to assume near perfection in treatment from that statement.

I prefer over Walgreens. Seems easier to navigate and find what I need plus more convenient to where I live

Maybe just go to another cvs. Rude staff. I get left on hold way too long when I call. One pharmacist told me they sent my prescription to another location after driving there they didn't have it and advised it wasn't even a medication that can be transferred pharmacy to pharmacy only the doctor could do that I ended up having to wait an extra day and waisted the whole day driving around and the pharmacist was just plain rude. Not all are rude at this location but some clearly don't know what they are doing and lack customer service skills.

The store overall was clean. Associate was RUDE! Never said hello to my hello. Scowl on her face, never even asked me if I wanted to use my rewards 😒, when I said thank you and have a nice day...NO response! Just RUDE! This unnecessary rudeness is unacceptable!
