Great customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. Tristan was extremely patient with us while we were trying to make purchasing decisions… plus he gave us a great price. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. The young man showing me the recliners was knowledgeable and patient. I’d like the princess and the pee. It takes a long time for me to find a fit. He was kind, caring, and so very helpful. The lady at the front desk filled out the paperwork for me. She didn’t have to. She was just helping me. I’d say this was a 10 out of 10. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Besides that I got a beautiful recliner.

More than one of the customer service people on the phone and the employees in the store went out of their way to help me get what I needed. Impressive! Megan and Joy are the greatest salespeople to ever sale the seas! Very informative and knowledgeable on all matters. Megan was very sweet and joy has some jokes!

We had a great experience at the Ashley Store in Topeka Kansas. Our sales representative Tristan was SO helpful, answered our questions and went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. The store has a lot of choices and price ranges. Maddie was really pleasant through the financing process. Great store, great service, great value!

Amazing staff. Our gentlemen was so understanding and courteous. He explained everything to my momma multiple times and never seemed put out by it. I have found most (90%) of places want to hurry her and seem so rushed they don't take the time to make sure she understands and is comfortable with her purchase. T made it simple and enjoyable to shop and be silly with my mom. It is the little things that mean so much with her. Thank you for being such an amazingly beautiful person!

My mother was looking for all new furniture for her new home . Ashley store was clean, easy to get through and great prices. We had the best customer service with Becki!! She was very knowledgable and knew exactly what we were looking for . She then looked online to get us the best prices for the items we where getting !! Outstanding service!! We needed to replace a power recliner for a petite 102 year old. Not only did they have the perfect recliner they made sure we were able to get it that day!

I was needing a new mattress. The staff was very friendly and educated me on the perfect mattress for me. I did not feel any pressure to buy on the spot. Highly recommend shopping for your furniture/mattress needs

I love this store!!! All of the associates are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really take the time to answer all of your questions. The store is very clean, from the showroom to the bathroom. If you’re in the mood to look, the associates don’t hover over you like a vulture waiting to devour so you don’t feel pressured into anything. If you’re trying out all of the different kinds of sofas, chairs, or mattresses, they never seem to get impatient with any indecision you may have. And last but never least, the music that they play in the store is amazing! My friend and I had such a fun time rocking out to some great tunes from our past and current day! And all of the pieces I got I still love! 10/10 will return here when I need more new furniture!!!

Tristan is such a blessing to the store. He took the time out to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for. This was the first time I ever had someone who genuinely showed compassion towards me to make sure I shown a variety of tables that suited my needs. I will most definitely go back to Ashley’s again. This young man made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

Shout out to Tristan. My husband and I went in to compare prices on a couch and we didn't feel pressured or suffocated by associates but the second we had a question there was one in sight.Tristan was more than happy to look up stock and time lines for us and give us as much information as possible. Highly recommend this team. The entire staff as a whole was amazing.

Tristan helped us find a dinette set. He was knowledgeable and very engaging. The other two employees were also very kind. We had a great in store experience and look forward to receiving our table, chairs and end table.
