Thomas Johnson at Dignity Memorial was knowledable and professional. He made the pre-arrangement of travel insurance purchase easy. The staff at Resthaven were very helpful. I now have peace of mind that if "the event" happened more than 75 miles away from home I will be brought home and plans followed.

Jessica Remy and staff helped us tremendously in our time of grief. They made the funeral process go so smoothly. This was our second funeral within the family in a month. The first one went very well and so did this one. Great job!

Brandy was extremely caring and professional when taking care of both of my parents as they passed away within a few weeks of each other. My mom was cremated and Brandy helped us with understanding the whole process. Brandy called to check on my dad after my mom passed away and found out that he was in the hospital. She then called to find out how he was doing. When he passed away during the weekend, she took time away from her family to call and let us know that she would take care of everything. When my dad passed, he chose to be embalmed and buried and she again was very helpful with the whole process. Brandy was on vacation during the funeral and Jami stepped in and did a fantastic job. Everything was always taken care of and questions were answered before they were even asked. Both women went above and beyond during the whole process and we felt loved and cared for the whole time.

Resthaven is an amazing place to visit. I found the place very nice and beautiful. The staff are amazing, especially Jami the funeral director. My experience was unique in so many ways. More so than what is typically needed when it came to the funeral service and burial. Jami and the staff helped guide me throughout this process (my first). The guidance I received was amazing (and eye opening) during this time when you lose a parent. I am ever so grateful with their help in navigating through the issues that were unforseen. I recommend Resthaven if you are considering a future burial plot, unexpected funeral, or other needs. I can not thank them enough for their caring attitude, guidance, and dedication to make the funeral a more pleasant experience.

Losing someone is bad enough, and the accompanying workload is overwhelming. Resthaven made planning the services manageable, just a matter of answering questions and making simple choices, and provided everything we needed for the service (except for personal stuff like photos, the wording of the obituary, etc.). They even gave me some tips that helped with some of the other stuff (the banking, legal, bureaucratic stuff). There was a minor hiccup coordinating the flag ceremony with the VA (my Uncle had lost his discharge papers, and the funeral director hadn't known we could use a "letter of service" instead), but other than that, everything went smoothly. They were very gracious and supportive.

Great service and people. Made my fathers funeral very comforting. I requested a maroon casket. They searched and found one in 1 day.

I felt that our funeral director surpassed expectations. She was very sincere and attentive. She was helpful even when she was technically not at work. We were very grateful for her. Other staff members we encountered were also kind and attentive. Also wanted to say that I could not be more grateful and happy with my son's preparation and final appearance, the delicate care he received was noticed and deeply appreciated.

The funeral director that I worked with, Jami, was so kind, professional and caring that it made the experience very good considering the circumstances. The information she provided was clear, concise and she answered all my questions. We have plots here from earlier losses in our family but this instance overall reassured me that we had picked the right place for our family to rest and be respected.

Service was good. Very caring and wonderful people. The only thing we are not happy with is the grounds. The grass has not grown on my mom's plot. Seed went down, it was starting to come up and they added dirt to it and covered the new grass. The area is low and that is why. They also have orange paint on our marker. It just needs to be removed. There is more grass seed there again but I still don't think it's high enough and they're going to have to add more dirt again.

The staff at Resthaven did an amazing job making sure everything was taken care of and arranged for our dad's funeral. If you find yourself in need of a funeral professional, these are the folks you need.

Jayde at Resthaven was informative, compassionate, and helped our family have a memorial service that my father was able to afford. She helped walk me through every step of the way and was patient with me as I made changes to the obituary and other aspects as I was trying to coordinate with my family who was assisting with while dealing with the grief of the loss of our loved one.

I would highly recommend pre-need services for everyone. Having things already in place made the process so much easier. The staff is an amazing team that truly kept my family and our loved ones desires a priority. Funeral Director, Jami Jackson-Howell is a compassionate, caring, and professional young lady. Resthaven took care of my mother's funeral arrangements. My parents had prepaid for everything many years ago. She had already selected the plot, casket, headstone, songs, etc. They had all the documentation as to what she wanted. The staff was thoughtful and caring when dealing with my father and all of our family members. Everything was perfect, from the appearance of my mother, the setting up of the rosary, the mass and the grave site service, including the small catered gathering afterwards. Thank you Resthaven staff for giving my mother the funeral that she wanted, and for making the process easy for us during our time of grief.
