The staff at Verizon are always so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We just finished up adding a new line and new phone for my elderly mother. Ryan gave us top-notch service. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!! Ryan helped set up a new phone and watch. He stayed after closing to finish the set-up. All of the employees were friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. I’d highly recommend.

Every time Broc waits on me I get first class service. Brock has never told me I / we can’t do that! He says let me see what I can do! He always has found a way when others have told me no way! Broc cares fully about his customers above it being his job! This experience he let me know with understanding my options and his recommendations!

Zach was great! Helped me out quickly. I told him exactly what I needed and he got just that. He knew I was in a hurry, he mentioned the promotions and everything else that I may have needed without wasting my time by being pushy. I wasnt gonna go back to a Verizon store because my last experience wasn't great but I will go back as long as Zach is there. Well maintained store, we were immediately greeted and just had a very short wait to be helped. Worked with Zach, he answered all the questions we threw at him and the transition of the new phone was seamless. Great service and support.

Ryan was awesome. He got us set up quick and in a hurry. Hit a snag with some transfer stuff, but even with that working with him was one of the most pleasant Verizon experiences I've had. My family and I will go to this one from now on.

Compared to the other Verizon store on west wichita this place is amazing! The other one is so corporate and ALL the reps are so rude and just want to make a buck! But Verizon doesn’t care cause money talk and you know the rest! This store was amazing! Loved the service
