Dillons

Yesterday (11/17/23) was my first time in this Dillons. I wanted deli chicken and I didn't want big box gross chicken, and my friend suggested that I go to Dillons. I just moved to the West side of town, so I decided to give it a shot.
I went into the Deli and encountered the most lovely lady. Her name was Ms. Sherma.
We chatted briefly and she was absolutely delightful. I ordered what I wanted and we chatted a bit more, then another very sweet lady, Joerita was working with her as well. She chatted for a moment as well, and both of these ladies were top notch customer service rock stars. The chicken was excellent.
After work today (11/18) I decided to go back in there today to get a bit more chicken because it was so awesome.
Sure enough, Ms Sherma was there, and recognized me right away. She recognized me immediately and just smiled great big and asked me if I came to give her a hard time, and we laughed a little. I asked her if they had what I wanted, and she doesn't cook, but she asked some lady that was working named Rose if they were cooking it, and that lady was blatantly disrespectful to Ms Sherma. She stated, "I don't know, I'm going on break," commenced to roll her eyes and sprint off. Terrible customer service and lack of team work.
Ms Sherma found out how long it would take for my request and informed me. I went to walk around for a bit while waiting, and then ran into Joerita who was helping stock stuff on the floor in the deli area. She spoke to me and was very gentle and sweet.
Ms Sherma and Joerita's attentiveness and excellent customer service ability went far above and beyond expectations. They were great.
Also, today was Ms Sherma's Birthday! Everyone tell her Happy Birthday. Thank you Heather and Dillons for having awesome employees such as the above mentioned. They truly make a difference in Dillons customers shopping experience! Kuddos Ms Sherma and Joerita ❤

This store is so enjoyable. Low key and fun to go spend time just walking around.

The store is clean and items are always well organized, easy to find, and the shelves are frequently stocked. Well done! Highly recommend ;0)

Dillons is great for all your grocery shopping needs. Sometimes we like to go to their larger stores which include shoes and clothes, household items, gifts, etc. Dillons and Dillons Marketplace are the store we shop at weekly.

Staff is polite and helpful. Good prices, good variety of products.

Dillons at 135th & West Maple is a fine local store. An asset to the Community. Busy store with all you'd expect to find. Like most stores now they're geared up for the Holidays; running all kinds of sales. Associates are eager to assist you with a professional attitude and smile. May you drop in soon and see if I'm not spot on with this review.

I drive a little further to go to this Dillons. It is squeaky clean very very nice personnel. The deli is real clean and helpful the flowers are beautiful. I do drive further to go here because it’s lovely. Kudos to the manager and stuff.

Harold at self checkout is a wonderful man. He makes my trips worth while. He makes me smile Everytime I go in he connects with me and at the least asks me how I am. I lost my Dad in April. Harold and my dad are around the same age. Believe it or not it has been nice to know there are sweet older men out there that are just plain kind. Thank you Harold.

One of my favorite Dillon's stores. They are a smaller store with friendly employees. They play a fun game with the kids that come in, as well. If you can find Max the monkey hiding in the store somewhere you can win a treat from the customer service desk. This gets my kids excited to shop and keeps them occupied. Their selection is pretty great, too, despite being a bit smaller store.

Consistently the best customer service. The employees always have smiles on their faces, are in good moods and do everything they can to help you find what you need and get on your way. Tonight it was slow at the store so Trevor, Braden and Carsyn all worked to unload our cart, ring up groceries and bag them, then on the way out passing another employee we were told to have a good night. The employees are always working hard while being friendly, which is what makes this store stand out from all of the other Dillon's in town

This is a great store. Screw ups do occasionally happen, but I've always seen great effort made in remedying mistakes.

I have also worked at this location in the past. It was the most pleasant high-school job I had. The people I worked with, but most notably the front-end managers and supervisors, were awesome, kind and supportive.

Great Dillons to shop at. It's in our service area and often stop in to grab a sandwich or pack of waters when we are on break. Also has the gas pumps right there which is convenient too.

Looks bugger on the outside than it really is but, that doesn't take away from its charm. Very friendly people there. The front end supervisor was very quick to grab extra help so we didn't wait long to get checked and we're able to leave quickly. First time to this location, but definitely bit what I expected..but bow a great experience

It's not necessarily perfect, but I started shopping and getting my medication at the new store back in 2011 because the head pharmacist treated me like I had walked in with needle tracks and no prescription. My wife and I finally took our scripts back and went to Store 81 where I explained that I have Chiari (Google it) Malformation Type I as well as spinal cord and cerebellar damage and that while my hair covers my scar it doesn't fix the wiring. They have consistently been polite and understanding and caring. If it weren't for the signage it's like 72 and 81 are run by two completely different companies. I no longer take a lot of what they gave me static about but I am keeping them as my store because they treat people the way they deserve to treated.

My Dillons Maple and 135th is the best! Everyone is always very happy to help. Inventory is always sufficient, even during this time in our world. Food is always fresh. It’s the only place for produce. They’re just great!

I want to take a moment to thank the two lovely ladies that helped us out at the last minute today. Our bakery Angel, this woman went above and beyond to help me out. We were looking for a pink whipped cake for my mom but there were none on the shelf. She asked us what it was for and did not hesitate. She grabbed a cake from the freezer and started frosting. While we were waiting we decided to grab some flowers. Our floral Angel, this woman was not even in the floral department when she spotted us. She came over and asked how she could help. She provided us with prices, help us find a vase, and before she knew what they were for we had a beautiful arrangement of pink flowers. My mom's birthday is today. She began her day at the doctors finding out the test results of her breast biopsy. Stage 4. I wanted to remind her that it was still her birthday and we needed to celebrate it as such. These two Dillions angels made it possible! Thank you!!

This is most definitely the best Dillons in Wichita by far. I pretty much only shop here unless they are out of something I need. I enjoy my experience every time I enter the store.

Best place for fresh produce and even with drive thru pickup they give you good quality items!

Clean, neat, organized. Items are well marked. We're generally don't use the self checkout, but even with the late hour, that was a breeze.
