Husband and I went in yesterday to look at vehicles and was greeted by Cameron. After listening to all our needs and the price we had to stay in she showed us some vehicles that best fit our needs (she was very attentive to our needs). We went to several other dealerships and decided to go back to Donovan Auto and Truck Center today for the vehicle we wanted....from the start I liked how welcome she made me feel. From start to finish everyone treated us like family.

Mike Caster did an awesome job of not pressuring us to buy a truck. We felt very at ease and not rushed at all. He took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood things about our truck and made us feel welcome to come back with any questions anytime. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time.

Our family traded up our minivan here last week. I have to say, I was surprised. Dylan was very helpful and patient. The whole deal and transaction was more than fair and I didn’t have to pull teeth to get the deal that I wanted. And, I knew if I had to walk away they wouldn’t make me feel bad and kick me out. Immediately when I pulled in I was greeted by a service associate (Tommy). Very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was in for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). I have an issue of not warming up all the way and I didn't have an appointment for that problem. He politely says we will take a look at it but it could be a while. They were able to look at it and repair the problem in about 3 1/2 hours. Pretty good for not having an appointment. Great job Tommy, the service tech & Donovan! A+

sales manager went out of his way to locate a vehicle for me. He also handled the orientation following the sale and was very helpful in explaining everything. . .great rep for the GMC brand. . .give him a raise!!

We purchased our 2017 GMC Sierra from Mark Faye. I can't say enough good things about Mark! He is courteous, patient, has excellent product knowledge and is appropriately persistent without pestering. Mark has introduced us to others at Donovan and I feel like I will be treated as a family member by everyone! Mark has thanked us repeatedly for our purchase, both via email and with a couple of hand-written thank you notes.

I also appreciate the professional and pleasant nature of Audrey Donovan, the Finance Director who worked with the financial aspects of our purchase. Audrey carefully and patiently explained the choices we could make regarding our purchase and the various extended warranty options!

Bruce, Clifton, and Cameron were all very accommodating and courteous. They are a great team. Bruce was extremely helpful in the ordering and delivery process. Clifton's expertise with the warranty and finance paperwork was top-notch. And Cameron was fantastic in keeping me up to date on everything else. The truck was pretty clean and ready for pickup except for some packing tape residue on the driver's interior door handle, the Boze speaker grill inside the driver's door, the Denali floor badge (driver's side), and a few patches on the chrome on both exterior mirrors. Other than the tape residue, the interior and exterior looked excellent! Thanks again for making my new truck purchase an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Fast in & out. No one tried to sell me on other services. Was honest that I could wait on an oil change since truck diagnostics stated I was at low percentage vs. Other dealer's sticker recommendation. Overall great customer service & attitude within atmosphere. Over the top... service check out called me to see if it was my cup that I left behind & even walked it out to me. I hope every experience is like this first experience I've had. Switching dealerships to you.
