Office Depot

Office Depot in Wichita has a good selection of printers. Service was very good. The greeter called someone to help me select the printer and did all of the loading g to the cash register and to my vehicle. I am a senior citizen and this is very important to me. Now if it works as well as my experience I will be a happy camper.

This is where we get our office supplies and we have always had excellent customer service! Heidi does an amazing job at taking care of the customers that walk in the store! They always have everything we need in stock!

I was there today, 07/07, to get a couple of documents printed from my phone.
This was my first time in this Office Depot, and it's been years since I had used their print services at another location. I really didn't have a clue what I was doing!🤷
A lovely young woman named Heidi came to help me.. it was my lucky day!
She was patient and thorough, considering they were busy and I wasn't the only one she was helping! Amazing!
Thanks to her, I got what I went for.. Almost!
After paying, I left without one of the documents. 🤦Who saved me again? I wasn't too far and my phone rang.. Heidi letting me know I forgot the last docs.
What sounds like a cluster and normally I would have been really frustrated, but thanks again to Heidi, for keeping it together for both of us!

Heidi, Allison, and Van were the ladies that helped me. They each played a role: Van helped me find the right ink for my printer and rang up my order and rang me up AGAIN after Heidi went to get me paper after I forgot. Heidi also gave me her opinion on her top favorite pens and sold me on more than I was looking for but excited to try! Allison gave me her opinion on the paper quality and differences as well as pens and let me try a few and was super friendly. This was all within 10-12 mins prior and over closing time. What a great team! There was also a friendly man working at the print shop I didn’t catch his name but he was nice and even asked if I wanted to try or feel different paper qualities. In a world where people are short to talk to one another and take the time- this store is the complete opposite. Thank you!

Bad news: We used to have Office Max, & Circuit City among others. This is the best computer & office related retail store in all of Wichita because we just don't have any competition. Best Buy, Walmart and Target still offer some of what this store has but does not compare to over all selection and variety. ONLY 2 bummers about this store really.

You have to special order anything to do with a thermal/receipt printer? Wuh? SMH. Meh.

Prices are deffinitely up there in comparison to other locations but you just can't find all this offie and computer related goodness in one place, in Wichita.

Good news: This is the best computer & office related retail store in all of Wichita! Don't waste your time at Walmart, Sams Club (uhhh... Walmart?), Target or other smaller, and LAMER stores that advertise they have what this store does because they don't! Office Depot has all your office, printer, desktop computer, laptop & similar needs. Especially paper, they have the best selection of quality and speciality paper in a retail, "walk-in and get it!" store in a 250 mile radius.

Nice, friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable if you count getting directions through the super easy to search isle setup (you really shouldn't have to ask where anything is just walk toward the back in a straight line, glancing to your lef and right. You'll see it all as you pass it).

Thanks for hanging in the Office Depot! Get some dang darned thermal/receipt printers on the sales floor please & thank you!

Items I am looking for are always available and the purchase I make is always complete within minutes of my day. Staff is always pleasant.

Print shop staff are knowledable and professional! Very helpful with my print project and offered valuable suggestions to enhance my print project! Will go back again to utilize their services and expertise.

Wow! Outstanding service by Alyssa & Mike on biz cards. I couldn't figure it out and Alyssa had the whole thing done and printed in 10 minutesfor $25.00

The employees here are so nice and very helpful!
I love how easy it was to talk to everyone, coming from someone with social anxiety. The energy here is unmatched! I came here to get an employee ID printed off and the guy helping me was so awesome! He printed it out, cut it to size and then told me not to worry about the charge. He was incredibly friendly and honestly deserves a raise if that's the kind of customer service he gives to everyone. I wish I got his name!

This will be my Office Depot location from now on.

Received great customer service and assistance when I was there.

Stopped in to obtain a receipt for a past order. Due to purchasing it at a different store in a different state they could not provide it to me. However, Heidi went out of her way to pull my account and help me get the receipt. She also fixed my rewards account 😁

Brought granddaughter and her kids in for school supplies. Excellent help finding what we needed and good deals. Great example for other businesses.

I went in to talk about Office 365 to find out what I need for my laptop. The sales only directed me and left me to make decision on my needs.
