Boot Barn

I called Boot Barn this past Friday evening (1/19/2024) A wonderful woman answered and went above and beyond to deliver incredible customer service. She went many times to the back to look for my husband's unique size. I told her we would be up there in the morning and we would ask for her. When we got to the store, we got to meet her, Belle. She answered our dozens of questions effortlessly and made the experience one that was amazing. My husband has Autism and has a sensory processing disorder. He explained that he needed boots that didn't squeeze his foot and that have safety toes. She helped him choose several pairs to try on and went over the pros and cons of each boot. He chose the boots that he was most comfortable in and we placed them on layaway. To some this may seem like a person just doing their job but for my husband and I, it went far above our expectations. What an incredible woman you are Belle, thank you! Boot Barn has customers for life now.

The aura and lovely smell of leather greets you at the door. At first the service was disappointing, but I realized they helped perfectly. They took me to the section I needed, gave me a few points of interest about work boots and them left me alone to shop at my leisure and a few employees checked in on me to see if I needed any help.

You can always tell when someone loves helping people. Belle went above and beyond our expectations. It is a difficult endeavor shopping for boots that fit my husband. He is a size 14-15 EE. A side note is that he has a Sensory Processing Disorder which adds another layer of frustration for him-straight out the gate.
Belle listened to what he was saying. Even though he had challenges describing what he liked/disliked about the boots he tried on, she understood what he was describing. She made suggestions based purely on what was the root of his comfort issues and not necessarily what he was verbally describing. She didn't hover or get into his personal space but she made sure that he knew where she was in case he had any questions.
He felt seen, he felt heard and he was able to relax for the first time (ever) while shopping for boots.
I wish there was an entire world full of Belle's that could be empathetic to people with Autism and SPD.

Love their boot selection. The kids' boots now offer a size with adjustable sizing because kids feet grow so fast. You remove the top insole once they become snug so they can get another size out of them. Thank you!!

Place always smells amazing...all leather!!! Staff here is so helpful they are a bit annoying!

I have purchased boots from Boot Barn in the past and have always had success in the quality of choices. However, this time I went in to see if there were any sales on boots and I found one that I could afford but barely! When it was rung up the total with taxes was out of my prices range. It was around $11 over what I had. So, I was willing to accept defeat and try again next month. But after the lovely young lady looked in the Boot Barn book for the Manager's Special Discount and found the computer code, it was enough to allow me to afford the boots. I am so blessed to have found such sweet people in my life and they are willing to go above and beyond for someone in need. Thank you Meci for you being so awesome!

Very last minute boot shopping and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Staff was patient and helpful even though was there a few minutes after closing (and on a holiday!) trying to decide exactly what I wanted.

Ended up with some Tony Lama work boots, very happy with my purchase.

I had no clue how big this store really was. And my serious lack of country attributes probably kept me out for most of my life. Silly me, they have something for everyone here - I could've easily left with a car full of awesome stuff!

Large selection of boots but they didn't carry the carhartts I was looking for! The guy that helps in the boot section did an awesome job!!

I just bought them again, yes my Dr. Martens Men's work boots, because it's hard to get them at the outsports stores due to the pandemic, containers are still stucked from China, but the boots are awesome, this is probably the 6th pair of Dr. Martens I have bought, with steel toe and they are waterproof as well & cool design, I highly recomend them!
* Update, today I wear them for 10 hours, they feel like if I were wearing gloves for my feet so comfortable, I'll give 5 golden stars to these awesome work boots.

Our experience at the Boot Barn off of Kellogg was outstanding. Diana W helped us pick out clothes and even would go get different sizes when they wouldn’t fit. She added the personal touch to getting new clothes for our new job. Very pleased with the customer service. Several other were also lots and lots of help. Thank you Boot Barn and Diana very very pleased with our visit.

You will find you style on boots, price can be a little higher, Clean​ and organized store, some good quality chloting, but be careful not everything is worth the price the ask for.

If you are in the market for western wear, Boot Barn has you covered. They have a wide selection of jeans, shirts, boots and hats in all sizes for both men and women. Even if you are just looking for a good belt or leather wallet, Boot Barn is the place for you.

Great place for Western Wear, both stylish and often hard to find. A bit pricey but check the clearance racks. Great customer service. Worth a visit.
